Visited this Greggs on my journey into work. Whilst the food was piping hot, as well as good quality drinks, it was the staffs questionable attitudes that let it down. Opening time is 06:00, not 06:05. The front of house is already without having stock trolleys taking up most of the room, which is what I experienced.

The Asian Male Who served us at 20:10 on 26th Jan was an utter prick, despite being friendly he was stone cold, impatient and slamming my food on the counter. Don't appreciate this kind of hospitality.

Hot food sold cold almost every time. Even when asked to heat it up. Their response was “these are freshly baked. We don’t heat them up.” If they’re freshly baked, why are they COLD??

Useless.

I visited London Bridge station yesterday evening at about 6 pm. My daughter was hungry, and to my awkward realization, I didn't have any cash or cards with me, except for American Express, which wasn't accepted at the branch. Feeling quite helpless, I comforted my daughter, explaining that we would have to wait until we got home.Unexpectedly, one of your lovely staff members emerged from the shop and very kindly offered to pay for my daughter's meal. I genuinely never expected such generosity, and I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I'd like to express my appreciation to Greggs for having such wonderful staff members who made a cold evening feel full of love and warmth. Unfortunately, as I was a bit under the weather, I forgot to ask for her name, but she has dark, curly hair.Thank you again for brightening our evening with your staff's kindness.

FATAL!!! NEVER GO TO THIS GREGGS. THE LOCATION LOOKED LIKE A DISASTER. EVERYTHING DIRTY AND MESSY.MING, THE STAFF WHO HAS SERVED ME IS SUPER RUDE. HE WAS THROWING THE PASTA AT YOU OR HELLO OR SMILE OR ANYTHING. NOTHING COMMON ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LONDON IN GENERAL. THEY DIDN'T OFFER OR OFFERS OR ANYTHING, COMPARED TO THE REST. IT SEEMED LACK OF STAFF TOO..

The service I received was horrible. The lady that served me needs to learn how to deal with customers.

Very rude staff! And always came to run out of things so they can’t make you a coffee - don’t waste your time

Greggs, their cheerful pricing and marketing deserves another star, however this branch suffers from long queues, food shortages and disinterested staff. I appreciate these are the challenges of a busy and popular location such as London Bridge. This morning however, they took my money for a pumpkin latte and after serving advised they had run out of key ingredients! So it wasn’t available, yet processing a refund would take days. They need to keep the customer up to date to enable informed consumer choice…sort it auwt gregg!Vegetarian options: Famous for the vegan sausage roll, the range is expanding. Go plant based meat facsimiles !
