Placed order through deliveroo at 7pm, despite restaurant confirming order i was still left waiting at 9.30 with no response to phone calls from myself or the deliveroo customer service team which also tried to contact them, they literally just decided to close the restaurant or ignore their system, who knows. Very unprofessional.

Love this place! Friendly staff the food is absolutely delicious fresh ice cream which my son loves daily!! I would highly recommend this place for casual brunch and coffee or evening meal with wine and lovely atmosphere would definitely come back!

Okay food, although the chips weren’t crispy and the fruit in my dessert was dried up. but the wait staff are surly and refuse to make eye contact. Guess I’ll just sit here until they decide to bring me a cheque since I can’t get anyone’s attention. I’m in no hurry. VERY friendly with people who speak Portuguese, though.

Went for a spot of lunch with the family, as it’s on our doorstep. The food was delicious and service top notch! Cooked to order, the food wasn’t too long a wait either! We all enjoyed our meals. One having the salmon, a steak salad, piri chicken and an omelette. The home cooked chips are just yummy.Thank you

We have been to Iberico in Norwood several times. Food is always good. Prices are reasonable.I have noticed that you get better service if you are Portuguese though. For instance, on our last two visits, we were not offered bread or olives at our table, whereas some other diners received these by default. It's more an irritation than something that would put me off going though.

Terrible service and chips were disgusting. Tried to order breakfast before 2pm since that's when breakfast ends but they wouldn't serve us, it was 1.30pm but because they are very busy servicing lunch orders they refused us gettingbreakfast. I wouldn't recommend.

Great place to have freshly cooked food. They have a great variety of portuguese cakes or even a wide selection of tasty portuguese meals.Quick service, reasonable prices. Very professional staff

Rude staff, no manners.I came in today and stood waiting to be served at the counter for five or six minutes. No staff to be seen.Another customer walks in after all this time. As soon as this happens, a man who was sitting on the table behind me the whole time approaches the counter to serve me. He had been sat behind me drinking a coffee the whole time! No apology, nothing. He had clearly sat there even after he saw me come in and wait, and didn't do anything about it until someone who turns out he knew came in after me, so I guess he was concerned about how he looked to her, but not me. Outrageous. To top it all off the custard tarts were not fresh. Will not come again.

With two friends searching W. Norwood for a venue to enjoy a lunch of cheese/ meats etc and a bottle of wine ( you get the picture).......JACKPOT ***. The food far exceeded expectations ( sorry W. N'wood) as did the wine and service.A very enjoyable lunch with friends ?
