I've been coming here regularly for lunch at the weekend - great little place - reasonably priced, good quality food in decent portions - great pizzas, had the tagliatelle special yesterday which was delicious (as was the melazane) but also a fan of the chicken Milanese. Very satisfied customer.

Can't say for in house experience, but ordered as a takeaway and was blown away with how nice it was, great size portion on the Risotto with loads of mushrooms and the pizza & garlic bread were both absolutely lovely, no grease in the boxes at all.Look forward to coming to try some time!

A lovely little restaurant perfect for a meal before a show at the Charles Cryer theatre opposite. Very prompt service, friendly and attentive staff . Will definitely go again

As soon as we entered Il Laghetto in Carshalton, we were warmly welcomed! The surroundings & ambience are lovely. We had a 3 course meal, as it was my friend's birthday & I must say ALL the courses were delicious & served in good time. We will definitely be returning. Debbie x

Lovely evening at "il Laghetto". Food was excellent as always, the staff was friendly and polite. Atmosphere was good and with Christmas spirit despite one table being rude to staff and argumental with other customers. Definitely will be back.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE YOU COULD BE FOOD POISONED BY THEIR FOOD!Terrible experience. There were 5 of us. Two of us had the seafood linguine. It was served with the mussel shells being cold to the touch (not Luke warm ). As it is sea food we were concerned it was not cooked properly and could cause food poisoning!We spoke to our waitress who took it back to kitchen and bought it back. It had been microwaved, the inside of the mussels were hot but the shells were still coldWe asked for a replacement dish and we're told that the kitchen was unable to do so for at least half an hour. We then asked to speak to the manager. We were told that the chef was the owner and would come see us in a minute.As he still hadn't come to see us 20 minutes later, we paid for the 3 people who did have a meal and leftIt was an awful experience, the food was mediocre, the 2 waiting staff were inexperienced, scared and one of them was unable to communicate effectively due to English not being their main language. The owner/chef didn't care that he was providing food that could poison customers.If I could have given this restaurant zero or minus numbers I would have.

Well my starters was good but from there everything went down hill. Mains took 30 minutes or longer to arrive. The sea food linguine turned up and mussels were cold. They took the linguine away and brought back 5 minutes later. The mussels were still cold on the outside and warm inside. Sent it back and was told whatever we order now will go to the bottom of the list as he's busy. Asked to see the chef was told he'll be out in a minute. Still waiting 15 minutes later. Despicable service. Unfortunately will not come back
