Good cafe to get going. They have daily newspapers and wireless cell phone chargers. Reasonable prices: cappuccinos 3.95 and some waffles total about 12 pounds. It is inside the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel. At peak times there is a long queue. They speak Spanish and English.

While I was walking around the area enjoying the views of the Big Ben overlooking the Thames river, I wanted to have breakfast and stumbled across this cafe. As a huge fan of Illy coffee, I knew I could not miss it. I was not disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - I really appreciated that they take all forms of payment (cash and card!). The prices are super fair for what they offer. The cappuccino was one of the best I've had. The Mango yogurt parfait was absolutely a delight - with such a big portion too! I will definitely come back when I am in London again.

My girl and me went very early in the morning and we were surprised by the good service at such an early hour. I recommend the jam and cheese croissants, the good presentation of the coffee was great, I have 2 days left in London so I will 100% definitely have breakfast at illy café again. Alba was wonderful with us with a lot of energy and smiling and very professional in her work, me ayudó con mi inglés también. It's amazing when you find people who do their job well!
