I was *very nearly* robbed here. I don't want to blame itsu, but maybe they need more security, especially at lunch time. The Team Leader did check on me (which I really appreciate), and one of the employees saw what was going on, and the thieves left quickly.I had just picked up my lunch order and was eating, with my phone out, and (heavy) laptop bag between my legs. One guy tapped me on the shoulder, and I turned towards him. He asked where the toilet was, and then I felt something pulling at my laptop bag. Turned to see someone else trying to steal it.As soon as the jig was up they left and no one could or did stop them. Big note to not sit in the busier section close to the door, in any restaurant really. I'll still come back to itsu (probably not this one though), and the team were great, but it was unfortunate

I went to the shop last week and I had a very pleasant experience. The shop was clean and organised and there was a full range of food to choose from. The tall lady with glasses was very helpful and polite. Will definitely go back

Haven't quite figured out how to enable self service... you order your food and pay for it... then collect it from the collection point... but uou don't collect your drinks from collection point, go somewhere else... not sure this is a seamless process... see so many folks asking the same Qs... Where's my drink...

I was loving to buy a food here, but when I tried to enter the open toilet before buying the food the staff girl blocked the entrance saying that toilet is only for customers. I'm 55 y.o. These restaurants slogan is Health and Happiness. I'm not healthy and definitely not happy with that. I'm no longer your customer.
