Normally it would be a nice pub but the employee behind the bar is very rude to guests. We just wanted to take a photo of our beer and she argues with us because her back is in the photo. Never again.

When you get a seat and it's not to busy one of the best in town.

This afternoon we were looking for a typical pub to have a good pint and something to eat, we first went to a first pub which had neither fish and chips nor burgers, looking for another pub we came across chance on this one, the bartender welcomed us with a smile, cozy atmosphere with fireplace, not knowing what to drink he kindly offered to introduce me to a stout, we ordered delicious fish and chips and burgers to eat excellent Bécon barbecue sauce everything was delicious and fresh served quickly, no complaints a real good time of pleasure

One of several Sam Smith's pubs in Soho and Fitzrovia. I like them all, but it's a matter of taste. The John Snow is named after the Victorian doctor who traced the source of a cholera outbreak to a water pump located just outside the pub (there's a replica there as a memorial), thereby demonstrating that cholera is a water-borne disease. The John Snow is always busy early in the evening, both in the two downstairs bars and the upstairs lounge.

Pleasant atmosphere with fireplace, classic English pub.

I wish this place was bigger. There was a line outside and a rope prohibiting people from going inside without being approved. Outside of that, service is good and the hot chocolate is the best you will find anywhere!

No food on a Sunday, lack of staff.Lovely atmosphere

Old London style pub. Very noisy and very hot.The 1/2 chicken serve was still frozen on the plate. The barman didn't make a fuss and gave us a price. The most annoying thing was really the stifling and deafening atmosphere.

Fairly standard Sam Smiths pub in the West End. It's pretty rammed on a weekend but it doesn't take too long to get served.
