Excellent roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Generous portion of food with all the trimmings. There was more than enough. Service was also excellent and the surroundings were very nice as well. Truly a memorable Christmas Eve Sunday lunch.

Nice setting with lots of seating options. Unfortunately, when we dined here for lunch it was a disaster in the kitchen…the dishes we ordered were uncooked and the portions miniscule. Worst still, after initially returning the dishes, there was a huge delay in getting the food back to us (apparently there was a large convention going on so we assumed the kitchen was running very hot!). That said, when the food did eventually arrive back it was pretty good. The manager also did an excellent job of resolving a poor experience by adjusting our final bill accordingly.

Excellent food, excellent service. We had a brilliant time. We recently visited with work colleagues for our Christmas get together. The food was incredible, dessert amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive. It is expensive, but as a treat - absolutely worth it. A few people were concerned about dress codes, I would advise that although there is no set dress code, smart casual is the best option. We'll be back in the new year.

A very disappointing lunch. Overcooked and dry fish and chips and three tablespoons of celery salad masquerading as a lobster roll. ( With three truly tiny pieces of lobster on a large slab of roll). Waited 20 mins for our plates to be cleared and our dessert order to be taken but no one arrived so we left. No one asked if we had enjoyed the meal. We walked next door to the cafe and grabbed a coffee and doughnut ( still hungry). We mentioned the fact that we had hoped to order dessert to the very nice lady at the desk and she very kindly paid for the doughnuts and coffee but we would not return.

Our mistake, we ordered the Dover sole (special of the night) and fish n chips in a steak house, not good The batter was mushy and fish cold The waiter was nice and did not charge fur the fish n chips

We stayed at the JW Grosvenor this past week and couldn’t ask for a better dining experience right at the hotel. The food was delicious, the service from our wait staff above expectations. My wife enjoyed the burata salad. The creamed clam soup was outstanding. My wife had the half chicken with sweet potato mash. I had the crispy salmon served on a bed of spinach and a side of mashed potatoes. The salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. We shared a cheesecake and wow. We were stuffed. There was no shortcuts on portion sizes.A thankful Shout out to Luca. He made sure everything was to our liking and got the timing of our courses perfectly. Friendly and professional all around.

We visited this steakhouse with amazing expectations and walked out with extremely satisfied belly’s. We visited yesterday after a stopover and some shopping and we had an amazing experience the waitress was extremely nice and had a smile every time she visited our table. The food was delicious with soft coating on there beautifully arranged deserts and there steak was one of the most perfectly cooked steak I have ever tried in my entire life. They had lots of nice different whine we chosen red wine as we were eating red meats, the wine was an Italian fine wine and deserved top marks as does the food. Would recap end to anybody for a nice meal out, this is very well priced as well so affordable for most people, we totally enjoyed our meal thanks very much.

Let me introduce you to Sotiris Misseris!! We stayed at the JW Marriott and enjoyed the amazing facilities. I’m not sure about the rest of you, but when my husband and I travel, we travel for the experiences, the people, the culture and the food. It seems that Sotiris is the Gate Keeper for all that should be in the world of Hospitality!! We met the amazing JW Steakhouse Assistant Manager on about the 3rd night we were there. There is a professional charm to this man that we have not experienced in some time in any of our best accommodations; Ritz Carlton, Westins, Renaissance. None of them hold a candle to this man’s authentic kindness, charm, sincerity and honesty. It was so refreshing. But there was something else. In a 5-star restaurant with only the best staff, he stands out for his humbleness. He treats you like you are his family! You feel like you are the most important person staying at the JW Marriott! And when he is with you, you are! I can go on about the food here and trust me it’s fabulous. From the Scallops to the Steaks to the drinks..it’s 5 stars and leaves you coming back for more. But for my husband and I it was all about Sotiris. He was the experience we were looking for. Huge shout out to JW for employing this amazing man! We will see you again in October of 2024.

I ate here a couple times as a hotel guest and enjoyed it both times. Not the best steakhouse in London by any means, but still solid.

To begin with the starters are huge beware ! Steak is amazing- the best steak I’ve had in a while. Service is 10/10 all the staff go above and beyond and are always there to ensure you have everything you need. I’d definitely recommend this place. (Coming from a hospitality manager) Will sure be back soon.

Enjoyed dinner here more than once, with great service and great food. Upscale but still casual enough for every type of visitor.

As a hotel guest, I was able to get seated. Being extremely busy, The manager Gad to become our server, what a privilege! He did not only explained to me the menu but suggested the dishes we chose and was friendly to engage with a little chat making our experience absolutely delightful. Thank you! I ordered the short ribs which was tender, tasty and plenty. The mash potatoes is like our grandma used to make awakening in my sister and I wonderful happy memories. Try the old fashioned banana split. And lastly, I did not think ? that cheesecake is what it’s advertised so I hand carried one with me back to Texas for my husband to give me his verdict, oh my! He said ?hands down, no doubt! He indulged in the most delicious cheesecake he had ever eaten. We are foodies and love to critique restaurants, so trust our verdict! It was a fantastic restaurant experience

Awful experience, cannot recommend! There were so many mice on the terrace, we discretely let them know it ruined our appetite, and no compensation was offered. A woman screamed in panic, when she saw the mice - still nothing. Gets much worse! We had maybe half our (unsalted) fish & chips and now, a few hours later, we both have a terrible food poisoning! And need to rebook our flights in the morning. We spent 80 gpb at the restaurant and now much more on new tickets. Do not risk your trip (or health, or money) at this place.

Came in for a last minute dinner and were disappointed. The service is extremely friendly, the food… not so much. Filet was over cooked, stay away from chopped salad as well. Unless you’re there for a drink on the nice patio, this is a must skip for all.

Old school NY steakhouse setting. House specialty old fashioned. Sides to share, rocket and parm very good with the beef. British cut ribeye was outstanding. Large steak full of meat and flavor.
