This friendly family cafe makes the best mocha I’ve had in half a century of trials. My friend ordered the homemade apple pie which arrived huge, stacked full of spiced apple slices, perfect texture, topped with a top notch streusel. As a major bonus, they’re dog friendly, so you don’t have to shiver outside with your feast, you can relax indoors. Wholeheartedly recommended

I went here for brunch on a Sunday after a walk on Hampstead Heath. It was busy when we arrived so I had high hopes. The service was good and the food came quickly. However, the food quality was pretty average - I had the 'Kalendar English breakfast' which I think was £15 but tasted like food you could cook at home with ingredients from Tesco. On the side were some tasty looking cakes so maybe it's better for tea and cake rather than a meal - brunch anyway.

Great, small restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is a little slow, but this was a Sunday brunch so that's understandable, but the food came out quite quickly so that was a pleasant surprise!

Dropped in after a walk on the Heath. Welcoming and good food. Average prices. Closed at approx 16h00. Excellent and helpful staff.

This place had been recommended by a friend and at first it was great. Nice food, super atmosphere, interesting decor. Halfway through our breakfast a customer with a dog came in for a takeaway coffee. One of the servers, man in his 30s or 40s, went out to the kitchen then came back with something for the dog. Fed it to the animal and let it lick his fingers. Then continued serving food and drink without washing his hands.

The most expensive breakfast I have ever had in a cafe, wouldn't have minded paying if it was banging but sadly it was, well, pants!! ?

Had a decent breakfast here with friends and family but nothing to write home about. Full English is one sausage and one rasher of bacon, which at £16 is steep even for the area and given the basic decor of the place. Food was lukewarm and it doesn’t look like they’ve discovered how to turn their heating on yet. Service was good and friendly though to be fair. I wouldn’t return, I think you can do better round here.

Really not nice food. Service was ok but generally not a nice place for a meal. Please add something to ur soups, they are quite bad.

I have been coming here for years, but I will never come back again. We were ignored when we walked in for at least five minutes, and when we were served, the servers were rude, brusque and inattentive. In top of that, the food was wildly overpriced. I paid £16 for a breakfast that included two eggs, one slice of bacon, one sausage, one has brown and a tomato. My companion asked for extra scrambled egg on his dish and was charged £8.70 for it. It is completely ridiculous! Please avoid this place, it has changed so much for the worse.

Honestly walking in and straight back out .The coldest, rudest greeting I’ve ever experienced.Someone needs to teach the staff how to greet customers in the right way. Cole as

Nice vibe but portion sizes don’t justify big prices. Staff friendly.

Lovely staff and great food and coffee. We came here a few times and the experience was always great.

Single shot macchiato came in a pint cup and the king black in a double pint cup. Average coffee diluted beyond what I thought was scientifically possible ?‍♂️ polite service.

High prices for portion size... £10 for a goats cheese salad the size of a side salad. Crazy
