What a revelation! You may have to wait a while outside, but it's totally worth it. Even (especially!!) the kimchi cucumber is a taste sensation. Everything tastes fresh and authentic and we'll definitely be back. Delicious!!Vegetarian options: Not many veggie options, but they're all delicious!

Food was excellent within reasonable price range. I’d recommend for anyone looking for traditional Korean food. There’s a bit of queue though so be prepared to wait. This being said I will definitely go back to this restaurant.

had such a good time here!!!! ordered the soy garlic fried chicken and the jjambong… chicken was alright but the jjambbong was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The jjambong also came with either the world’s largest shrimp or world’s smallest lobster (or perhaps a langoustine) on it which was a fabulous

Luckly been one of the first to get into the restaurant, there was already a long waiting queue outside after 12:00. High quality, low price, worth a try!

Very small place so it can be crowded. Its always busy so expect to wait outside. Come as a small party, otherwise it will be a long queue time. Food was really homely and delicious. Some seating is quite old downstairs, i was sitting on chairs fixed with tape: 10% off discount if you pay in cash. The cheese snow chicken was amazing.

Best korean food so far. Affordable price. Just minor that we were sitting next to the door so everytime someone come in and out the door would close so loud and wind blow in make us feel so cold. Maybe the restaurant could invest in soft close or something to prevent the door slam so hard when it cold. Other one that everything was good.

I’d attended the premises of this restaurant on 11-11-2023. This was after watching the Paul Choudhry comedy show, at Top Secret Comedy Club. It’s just an extra 1/2 min(s) walk from the venue. You still would have to wait for a little bit, to which I had to do for about 20/30 mins. This was in the rain. If people are queuing up in the rain. Then the food must be good, right!?I was greeted and told to go downstairs for my table. I was fortunate to be given a whole table that serves 4 all to myself. Which had suited me perfectly. So a few things I need to highlight. The decor / appearance of this restaurant is showing its age. It’s not maintained well at the moment. When coming out from downstairs. The tables are very compact together, which causes people to leave the premises by squeezing between other diners. This is a health and safety risk, and also not to risk in jeopardising your clothing being contaminated when walking by other diners food, etc.Their toilet is in a disrepair state and requires major repair; please refer to the picture. I find it unacceptable that tiles are dropping off and leaning against my trainers / jeans. The water being served is what I feel is rustic and poorly inexcusable fillers. It has limescale and this is totally unacceptable. I would advise to get bottle water or use your own water bottle if you carrying one with you.I’d ordered the following:Seafood Pancake - this is using prawns and squid. This was nice but I would have liked more spring onions and a little more seasoning. Neither dense nor soggy.Korean Fried Chicken (50/50) - I had ordered this with Soy Garlic sauce and Snow Cheese - this is powered cheese and I sadly was left disappointed. I think this should be with grilled cheese like that offer with their other dishes.Chicken Bibimap - sadly disappointed with the flavour, tone and texture of their version. When compared to other Korean restaurants I’d visited. Vegetables were fresh.Chicken Mandu Dumpings - I don’t know if these are in-house made or what I think is from a frozen packet. This is a new item they offer as an appetiser.Corn & Cheese - this was very nice, the corn was very sweet and the cheese was perfect. However, I felt the ratio of melted cheese to corn was lacking. If ordering, make sure to tell them you want extra melted cheese.Nearest underground stations is Covent Garden or a little further will be Holborn. This being on the Piccadilly line. There are hotels nearby, one of them being a Travel Lodge. No public transport buses come through these roads. As for parking. I believe you may park after a certain time for it to be free in the evening. However, during the day may cost dearly and be more difficult. The food was nice, the service I felt was a little rushed. The appearance of the restaurant needs some maintenance, as it gives a sense of being poorly maintained and perhaps giving the idea of the food being somewhat poor too.Vegetarian options: Vegetable Mandu Dumplings, Tofu Japchae Noodles, Spicy Tofu Stew, Kimchi PancakeParking: There is a paid parking garage nearby. For those who are brave to paid the astronomical amount that they charged in central London. I think after 18:30 or 19:00, you can park for free. If staying in the nearby Travel Lodge hotel, there’s car parking but also chargeable.Kid-friendliness: Had seen some children there with their parents. So this surely will take you they’re child friendly.Take note that prams will be a little tight to do with and only suited when not so busy periods.

Best korean restaurant! We were a group of 9-10 people. Thank you for accomodating us so well. Amazing service and I cannot say enough about the food! Everything we had were all so delicious and very reasonably priced too. Mai and Sky were superb along with all the other staff. We will definitely return!

We booked for 12 people but were given a small room that fit 8-9 people at best. The food is not bad, but there are better options for Korean food in London. I would avoid getting the jjajangmyeon as it was the most disappointing dish out of everything we ordered. The atmosphere was great though, and we all had a good time.

Drizzly night, restaurant just across the road from the hotel… so decided to give it a try. Warned, on Trip Advisor, that might have to queue. We did… but not for too long. If you’re looking for crisp tablecloths and napkins, ambient music and soft lighting… ignore the queue and walk on by. This a small, lively and fairly noisy café environment with tables pretty close together. The staff were friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and hard working. I particularly liked the manager/supervisor who directed his team with a smile and interacted with customers with charm, humour and humility. As mentioned, the staff are hard working and there are, clearly, some pretty high pressure periods of service so I was really impressed to observe and hear the supervisor talking to one staff member just outside the door as we left. He was telling the guy to take a few minutes outside, get some fresh air, wind down before coming back in… great and considerate management. Food… Oh, yes, that’s what we’re supposed to be here for! We ordered 2 starters, 2 mains and a small bowl of rice. Seafood pancakes and dipping sauce excellent. Deep fried squid maybe a touch over done so a smidge chewy… easily done, happens in the best of places… but OK and with a good dipping sauce. Bulgogi main excellent… fears that beef might be a bit chewy wholly unfounded, succulent. Beware the Korean Fried Chicken ?. Portion sizes are 5 or 10 pieces with 3 or 4 sauce options. Chicken pieces would give the Colonel’s fowl an inferiority complex… large chunks, really crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked and juicy on the inside. Beware? Well there’s a lot of meat in the 10 piece portion… not for the faint hearted but well worth the effort of eating it! Other diners were taking leftovers home… we left ours behind as nowhere to keep them in our hotel, shame. Not a fancy place (and maybe the better for that), great service, loads of yummy food and a couple nice of beers for £60 just 5 minutes walk from he centre of Covent Garden. So let me think… Yup certainly worth a visit despite the queue (although that could be part of the fun).

I really enjoyed the food. Food was Delicious and also good service. There were many Korean queuing in front of the restaurant, so I think this place must be the original taste. The staff were friendly. I would recommend.

Been here few times already and the food is always great! The fried chicken is crispy and the coating is light, perfect match with the sauce. I love the ox tail soup so much which comes with glass noodle! It tastes so good and love the spicy soup! I’ve also tried seafood pancakes, japchae which also taste super nice I would not recommend the Mul-naengmyeon (Korean cold noodles in chilled broth), the noodle was not very good and too soft, the broth is similar to most of the other restaurants.

well well well what can i say. Out of the multiple korean restaurants i have tried in London, this is definitely one of the better ones as seen by the number of asians who bother to line up for at least 30+mins. Out of all the dishes we tried, I would recommend the LA galbi. The rest were all decent, solid. One thing which makes this place worth going to, is the portion size you get for the price, not really compromising on the taste.
