Wow! What a bloody great find and excellent food. Was pleasantly surprised on finding a free sample which was a shot of flavours, lamb kottu roti that enticed me to a whole bowl and a cheeky side. Really friendly staff and great food, great price for a whole meal.Recommend 100%I messaged the team afterwards for some advice on how to make it gluten free and instantly got a response.

Tasty Sri Lankan food in the heart of Spitalfields Market! We had a succulent Lamb Kothu Roti which was tender and specially spiced with an amazing variety of toppings and soft pieces of Roti all mixed in! The pineapple pickle worked so well. We also enjoyed a beautifully spiced Lamb curry with rice accompanied with a salad and more pickled pineapple. Both were great lunchtime portions and worth the money! Highly recommend!

Did order from uber eats… Lord mercy thier chicken kottu… 10/10 not even in Sri Lanka we can't find that good taste kottus… definitely order again.. Also their veg curry with roti? absolutely mouth watering?

Just had a Kothu Roti with a paratha as a side and it was fantastic. Never had Sri Lankan food, and this was a lovely surprise. You have small free samples to try before you order. The guys were super nice even though they are juggling many orders at the same time.

So I had the devilled chicken rice as I fancied something chilli and hot on a freezing day, service was lovely and didn't take long...found the chicken pieces a bit tough but tasty, the portion was really large. All for a tenner which is what you would spend nearby. Everyone else was asking for the other dishes...so maybe I need to go back and try...let's see

Now I’ve had the Kotu Roti I think at least 25 times now I can safely say this is probably my favourite place in spitalfields market, and that’s saying a lot, the bar is EXTREAMLY high here.Filling, delicious and good value for money - gets my full endorsement and a real highlight of my week when I go here!
