No free sanitary facilities at least to wash your hands from the oily chicken. You have to pay extra.
The customer service is so bad here. A staff called Syed he has no etiquette how to treat a customer. He gave me cold chicken wings and when I asked him to check and return he was so rude. He should not be working in here. Don't go here. Tyy different KFC outlet. BAD FOOD AND TASTE, BAD CUSTOM SERVICE.
