The worst KFC ever.. i went to the outlet on 14th dec exactly around 22:15pm, it was disastrous. I can literally see the kitchen and the workers were like very abusive, no gloves, and throwing rubbish to the co workers. Thats not how a professional business should run. The people in the front especially the ones giving the food was the worst.. very rude to the customers and not even a bit polite.. i was witnessing what these people were doing and literally thought of walking away.. my worst ever kfc experience

Very Tasty - Unfortunately not the best at cleanliness. Also - they need a bigger space to accommodate the crowd.Dietary restrictions: Food served is Halal Certified.

SUCH POOR SERVICE I WANTED TO ORDER AT THE COUNTER, THERE WAS ALREADY A LONG LINE BEHIND ME AND I HAD WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES JUST TO ORDER. the woman without the hijab that was supposed to take my order was so slow and they were talking and doing things slowly eventhough they can see there was like 7 people behind me. one customer in the line even asked me about it. everytime i order food they will always forgot about my order and i had to go up to them to ask about my order i need wait longer for it. worse service ever. pls do something.the food is great but service is sooo bad. the toilet is also always out of service and filled with tissues. the tables are clean and tidy.

I use this place 4/5 times in a week last 2 months.Always fresh food and HANNA and ANDY are taking care if the orders perfectly.

Ordered on Deliveroo. The food we did receive was fine but the experience was soured by a missing burger, fries and 2 wings. To make a claim on Deliveroo you need a picture of the food you were sent and the receipt. The order number was written in pen on the bag but the receipt was missing. This turned the claim process into a 10 minute ordeal on a live chat with customer service - I was successful retrieving credit for the missing items but now we’ve shared one meal between two. The store doesn’t answer the phone either.
