Their classic cappuccino is gorgeous to look at and so flavourful to taste. Don’t miss it. And to sit outside and people watch from here is a ton of fun as it’s a main road. There’s a lot of traffic passing by at all times in the day. Their service is also efficient and friendly.

Very disappointed. We wanted to try their afternoon tea. We have been settled in very well so far. We order and have the coffees brought to us quickly. We wait 15 minutes and another 15 minutes we try to catch the eye of a waiter in case we have been forgotten. The person is running away from us. Well after 45 minutes we called and the person told us there was a problem in the kitchen, do you still want your afternoon tea? They say it depends how soon and they arrive at the same time. Perfect. One of the raspberry tarts does a loop, fortunately it lands upside down on the plate and the waiter laughs. In short, we eat (really not great) and especially without drinks. When we were clearing out, the waiter asked us if we wanted the bill... We understood that we were disturbing... And no commercial gesture. Everyone can make mistakes but when you work in business there is a minimum, especially since we remained patient and agreeable.able.

*Would not recommend*Horrible Service & Illegal/Unethical Payment PracticesThe service was incredibly bad. The waiter was clueless. He challenged me about wanting oat milk in my coffee, asking me very personal questions about my preference and how milk would affect my body. He told me it would be easier for him if I drank regular milk because he was new at his job.An hour later, the waiter interrupted our conversation to very matter-of-factly ask us about our ethnicities. When we answered, he said “OK” and walked off(?).After our food was done, a waitress told us to either order more food or pay the bill and leave as they wanted to make more money from other customers. The same sentiment could have been communicated in a customer-friendly language.When we agreed to pay the bill and leave, we told the waiter we wanted the bill to be split so we each paid for what we ate and drank. He said he understood, then brought a bill wrongly split into two random halves. When we explained this wasn’t what we wanted, he said he now couldn’t re-enter the bill, so we’d have to pay it that way, then send each other money. When I said other restaurants/cafes always did this for their customers, he called over the aforementioned waitress, who barked: “Aren’t you close friends? Why can’t you sort it out between you later?!”. When I told her she couldn’t ask us about the private details of our friendship and we wanted to pay for what we’ve eaten, she called over her manager. The manager said their payment system was sub-par and the bill they entered could not be re-split. When we said we wanted the service charge taken off, as the service was horrid, they again said they couldn’t do this, which is ILLEGAL. They made us pay as they wished to split it, with the service charge. We left regretting going and paying more than the food we ate.Vegetarian options: Unwelcoming towards vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: Unwelcoming towards people with dietary restrictions.
