That was delicious. The cuisine is tasty, the service is fast. Big plus for the fact that there are terminals. There is a choice and the prices are not excessive. We recommend.

I rate this store 1 star simply because the new manager Rohit is a racist. Ive seen how he treats the staff. Terrible & dictating. The old managers made Leon to be what it once was.

The vegan burger tasted like a week old Big Mac and the fries smelt like fish and were uncooked. The tomato sauce (branded) was in a packet - that’s the only reason they get 2 stars£10 later. What a rip off.

Thank you to the team here for responding brilliantly to an error- some of my order arrived lukewarm and I asked for a hot replacement. They jumped on it immediately and brought it to my table without any fuss. Not something you see every day in a chain restaurant.

Came here for lunch and the wraps surprisingly were really good! I got the halloumi wrap and the mango chutney that came with it was soooo flavorful and complimented the halloumi incredibly well. The arancini is one of the best I've had (but also only my first arancini in london). Fries were solid, but nothing special.Service was really quick - you order at a kiosk. Fast casual dining ambiance, but definitely worth it for a lunch on the healthier side (just skip the fries haha)

Food is very nice. Service is very bad. There was a very rude woman at the counter; they forgot to pack a sauce I had paid for, and she didn't believe me, and so it took a few minutes to get sorted. Also, there is literally a leak in the ceiling dripping water on customers. Aracini was cold and soggy.

I ordered takeaway but decided to eat on the spot. Very bad quality of food, dish was even not warm. perhaps they were counting on the fact that if I ordered to take away, then they can put in the a cold, long-cooked burger.When I said staff, that burger is cold, they even didn’t say sorry. But at this situation they thad to, at the very least, either change the burger or refund the money. But the blonde lady at the counter didn't even say sorry. disgusting service. terrible both in appearance and disgusting tasting burger, which I had to throw away. I do not recommend. By placing an order, you will throw away the money and make sure that next time you should not even go to this establishment.
