Just arrived back from lunch; we were a party of 5 celebrating my mother in law’s birthday. The food was absolutely exceptional, better than any Central London Italian restaurant. The staff were also very professional and friendly. I will return very soon!

I wish i had discovered this restaurant sooner! With my parents living in the Cockfosters area we often eat out. And i can truly say that Lizzies is a cut above the rest. A magnificant and diverse menu, a superbly sourced wine list and a relaxed yet professional service. We visited on Tuesday for my Mum's 85th birthday and the whole experience was a delight. A little more expensive than the average restaurant in the area, but my word it's worth it. Planning to head back very soon. Thank you Lizzies!

A great little gem in North London. The food was authentic and amazing. They had a variety of caviar and truffle dishes or you could add to your dish. I added some truffle to my burrata. We Had the fritto misto seafood starter, for mains I had pasta and hubby had the steak. We shared a tirimasu to end the meal which was lovely. The non alcoholic mocktail was lovely! A brilliant service, they were all very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend for a special occasion meal. I shall be able to try the lunch menu!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian option and fish dishes and the staff are very helpful and you can see all the food being made fresh so I’m sure they would cater well for anyone with dietary requirements.

Took my wife and daughter for a lunch time Valentine's day treat.Really great flavoursome food, well worth the price. All was fresh and delicious. Extensive wine list, with a good few available by the glass, had a nice unfiltered Italian beer that I'd not seen before. Easily the nicest food in Southgate/Oakwood, will be coming back; just sad we took so long to try this place out!Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian starters and mains, my partner had a really good vegetarian minestrone soup and her pasta dish was also excellent.
