Went there last night, literally they had lettuce leaves at their door step, was that to feed the rabbits? Place charges for tap water, strange! Not worth stepping in.

NO NO NO - TOTAL TOURIST TRAP1 Which restaurant in the world takes payment before the food arrives2 miserable waiters who I think are trapped in life3 Food below average4 Toilets - even a dog wouldn’t go in there5 Sharing portions —BEWARE they double it up on the bill. Clearly they have no idea what sharing means

My friend and I were looking for another dim sum restaurant but by chance we walked into this restaurant instead. Both of us loved in Hong Kong previously, so, we know what good dim sum looks and tastes like.We ordered only three dishes as we both had lunch and were not that hungry; sticky rice in lotus wrap was the best out of all we ever had in the past, we ordered twoore for takeaway at the end; prawns dumplings was very good, even after it got a bit cold , that is quality and both of us agreed. We also tried crispy taro dumplings, again the flavour was exquisite. We definitely will revisit. Such a lucky discovery.Paul (Manager) was very accommodating, polite and all staff seemed very happy to be there.Thank you.

The worst service ever !! they sat us all the way in the back in a tiny secluded area which was narrow and lacking space while there were many empty tables in the main dining room area. we only ordered 2 types of dumplings, it took them over 45 mins and upon questioning about our food the waiter had the worst attitude. The food finally arrived and it was mediocre at best . They did not check up on us while waiting for the food for drink refills or anything. They overpriced the dumplings since we were dressed well, it costs $50 dollars or 40 pounds for 2 orders of dumplings??? that's like 8 pieces of dumplings!! this place is a total joke and not to mention being unsanitary. The place next to it had a long line, please go to that one instead. AVOID this dumpster of a place. I would pay $100 for 4 nuggets for McDonalds gladly without any hesitation than this rotting garbage

We had a lovely time here, we went late on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. It was also very reasonably priced for London especially the duck. Both mains were tasty too and overall was a complete success and had so much food we brought some home. Had a brilliant time and can’t recommend more.

Dim sum tasted really nice at the time..However both myself and my partner are having a food poisoning now. Not how you want to spend your Sunday evening :( So I wouldnt go to this place again.

Looking to try out a few spots in Chinatown and we decided to give London Chinatown a go. Service was great but it wasn't the best food I've had, the dim sum was very nice though but I wasn't over impressed with the selection we got.

I recently visited London Chinatown restaurant. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness, as evident in the uploaded picture, was unsettling. The food taste was subpar, and the overall hospitality was severely lacking. Additionally, the transparency in the bill was questionable, as it was neither itemized nor accurate, resulting in an overcharge. To make matters worse, despite the numerous issues, the waiter insisted on a service charge, displaying rude behavior. The staff was provocative, making the entire dining experience highly unrecommended.

The waiters really need to work on their hospitality here :sFood was tasteless and flavourless not sure if it was because we ordered to take out. If that’s the case and the food is otherwise great then please never take out.

My recent experience at a London Chinatown restaurant left much to be desired. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness, evident in the uploaded picture, was a major concern. The food taste was disappointingly terrible, accompanied by a notable absence of hospitality. The bill lacked transparency, with an unitemized and misleading amount resulting in an overcharge. To top it off, the waiter's insistence on a service charge, coupled with rude behavior, was unacceptable. The staff's provocative demeanor made the overall dining experience highly unrecommended.

Waited for 45 mins for the first dish to come, overpriced for portion size and some dishes were cold. The skin of xiao long bao is thick and could be mistaken as dumplings tbh lol
