Hi, I went today to this coffee located in Westfield white city. It was shocking how the tea pot was dirty I dont think this pot was washed. The girl working there was upset that I didn't want to take a take away cup instead of a pot. I wish i did because the tea pot was disgustingly dirty.

Good little pit stop when shopping in Westfield. Comfortable, nice selection of muffins (love the cherry muffin and the one with Smarties!) and you always get a decent cup of tea. Give it a try instead of your run-of-the-mill Starbucks, Costas and Neros.

Regret going there before reading reviews!27th of March.The place was very untidy, behind the counter.I was served in a takeaway cup even tho I Never said that I will take it away.After receiving coffee it was cold, full of bubbles (half cup bubbles) and tasted like purée milk, someone needs a good teaching how to do coffee.Something that I don’t care too much but I’m sure other will, is that the two employees were talking not in English leaving me in uncomfortable position.I recommend Prets which is next to Apple store. Friendly staff and coffee taste the way it should.

The place is very dirty, coffee syrup bottles look like they haven't been washed for ages, tacky, hand-written labels for seasoning, bottles with souces empty or half- empty.Very poor service. My order was mistaken and the staff member didn't even apologize. I was served in a rush, without any personal touch.

I am reluctantly leaving this review because I feel like it's a gem and I should mention it but on the other hand I want to make sure that when I go in my sticky toffee muffin is still available...here goes, the cappuccinos are really good but my go to is the milkshakes and sticky toffee muffin- to die for!And if when I go back next time it isnt there I'll delete this review!! Staff are friendly and I'm a little worried they'll know me by name soon

I've visited this place a couple times as I like trying different coffee houses. The experience is ok and the coffee is mediocre. I've also had extra charges added on and I've never known what these are for?? I've found a new place in the mall called 'Barino' (located right outside John Lewis) which I really love and where the quality of coffee is premium.
