Staff spend to much time talking to each

Very busy with a constant queue that is out of the door but I don’t know how as their service is appalling, our food took 40 minutes to come and after asking after 30 mins what’s happening they bought us the wrong food and had to re ask us what we ordered as they had forgotten.No apology once it was sorted eitherWill not be returning god knows why so many people repeatedly use this place.

When the food arrived after a bit of a wait it wasn’t correct (even though it was read back correctly) - wrong wrap and no pastry on a pot pie soup.

not the best experiencevisited in lunch time ordered jacket potatoewaited 20 minutes for it which was fune as was told before i ordered that there was a waitwhen i finally got it looked fine but when i started eating it wasn't cookedso had to get a refundstaff here are very miserable almost to the extent that they come across quite rudewith the exception of one whi happily refunded my money and asked did i want another one but unfortunately had to go as already been in there most if my lunch breakwas extremely busy seemed like they were overwhelmed

The food was great. The staff were put out by me asking questions about the Kids eat free deal for half term, and really impatient when serving us. I'm not sure we will be going again.

Standard M&S with lower expectation of staff services.Take me for example: if I work in an office, I complete the job for my CFO. If I work in Starbucks, I smile and make my customers happy. I don’t look like I don’t wanna talk, hate my job and hope the clock ticks faster. Bad mood passes around, spread love, and it’ll come back to you!
