They refused to heat our daughter’s meal because their kitchen closes at 6:30… it was 6:25. Worst service ever, the employees just want to close asap…

Quite okay for a snack in between or, like we did, for breakfast.Unfortunately, I was disappointed that there was neither yoghurt nor berries, although the pancakes with these on display made me look forward to having breakfast there. A sign or sticker saying it is sold out would have been helpful. The coffee was exceptionally good.

Everything is right. Scones are according to me the best example of the quality provided by M&S in their flagship restaurant.

Decent coffee shop at the 3rd floor of M&S department store.Large, clean and good space to hide from Oxford Street chaos.

Very busy place, the staff in here is amazing team. The way they pay attention to customers is great. I order egg royal and it took a little longer than normal. When I ask one of the staff members how long they promise me it’s coming shortly and it it did. One of the managers came and offer me if I would like some cake in the house because my order took too long. I think this is excellent customer service and care. Really impressed by the gesture

they put the cheese on top of the beans in stead of underneath this is criminal in the jacket potato industry. also sticky seats and poor till service.
Not what it used to be before the refurbishment. The personal service is gone thanks to the app based ordering system, which for me totally detracts from the great service previously provided by the traditional approach. Not a fan of the new place...some things are best left as they are...

Ok, M +S has a reputation for luxury and this felt anything but, ok not bad, nice enough food, packed in like sardines and budget furniture didn't feel christmassy, but ok, staff were polite but not enthused, all just a bit

The service is a little slow, the collection of used plates and cups on the already free tables is delayed, people waiting who must often tidy up their
