The lack of staff and the busy morning that it was today made a terrible Combo. First of all I want to say that I am feeling really bad for the guy who took my order as I could of seen that he was new, and his colleague the blond and young one was telling him that he s giving her headache just because he asked her help on something, which I found it really inappropiate taking in consideration that you should Work as a team there and you should never make someone fell that bad especially in front of custumers, i am just concerning about him and his wellbeing and i am feeling sorry for him because he have to work in an enviroment like that, he Also looks very stressed. The other thing is that I wanted to buy a donut and there was only one on the shelf and this girl that i am talking about told me “ this donut is here for 2 days you don t want that “ and then she left. The thing was that I was coming from Work and I was really tired to stay and say something. But I think is just disgusting and I don t want to believe that you guys are keeping old food like that, after I left I had to throw away all my food because I Couldn t eat it just thinking about what she said made me sick. Another thing is that she s really rude with her colleagues which I mention above and with Customer as well she s just screaming around at everybody. I know for sure that none of what i brought to your atention are your brand standard and I found the staff from this place very unprofessional and not good enough for a customer service role. I just want to mention the other girl that was there with a grey blouse looks like a manager or I am not sure I don t want to include her in what I Said because she was the most normal one in there and Even if it was very busy she managed to keep her calm. Definetly I am not going to eat McDonald s for a very long time now thank you.

looked clean (but is wisny) asked for more cash for ronald (rip off) couldn’t understand worker asking about sauce (too quiet) diet coke has flavour of cleaning products was also flat, when i opened my chips i was shocked to see a rat crawl out them. was then followed by a flock of pigeons all the way down chancery lane. overall great experience will return (tomorrow night)

Your par for the course Mcdonalds. Lots of extra seating downstairs, especially when it's busy, as there isn't much seating upstairs. They've recently retrofitted the spot with the new digital order screens which helps speed things up.

I asked if the ticket was mine because I used the self service but the guy behind the jump asked me if I had a receipt, I replyed no because the self service was out of paper and I was told its not his problem,so I told him the whole order... then he handed it to me.i asked if i did something wrong and his reply was thank you for you for your input... now go.away ?! if this is the honest people you hire in a people.business where interaction is a must you must only survive either because he is new or your convient!

This is the fastest Maccy-Ds I have ever been in. Middle of the day, in london, at the lunch time rush. I got my food within about 2 minutes. Some space to ait and eat would be nice.

I went to the McDonal`s restaurant in Holborn and ordered a wrap menu and 20 chicken nuggets over the self service station. The card scanner didn't accept my card (which happened at the other ones as well with different card from different peoples). I had to pay in cash afterwards. AfterI tried to pay with a 10 Pound bill, apparently it its was an "old" bill and I had to pay with a 20 Pound bill... alrigth so far. But at the moment I got my order and looked in it, I saw that it was a burger with chips (clearly not what I ordered and also less expensive). I asked fror the right order bit a worker named Danesh told me that the "system" said this was my order and that I was hallucination that I ordered something different. I never experienced such an incompetent worker and he didn't even tried to solve the problem I neither got my money back or a different order...so I sit here with a Burger but I ordered a vegan wrap and I cannot even eat it now. I`ll never go back to McDonalds again.

If you’re drunk and don’t care about what you receive for your order, go for it. Otherwise, any kind of custom order is likely to be wrong. I just wanted some pickles and mustard. C’mon, how hard would that have been? Maybe next time.

The name says it all. Nice ice creams in this hot weather but then in saying that I will have one of them McFlurry's any time of the year. No mistakes in my order this time for a change but didn't follow up with anything complicated to be honest

A very good fast food restaurant that was mostly good food. Can be very crowded at times but has large amount of seats available. Staff are mostly polite and they even have self service machines and other tech that makes it very modern. Sometimes orders can take long but other then that 4/5 I would recommend

A hamburger for 89p. Need I say more. Yes, I need. The apple pie is comfort in a cardboard sleeve and the chips allay nervousness. Ronald, I love you now, and evermore.

I visited here with my partner for a quick but before a night out.. Very limited seating and small. I was also disappointed to hear of the extreme cruelties to Chickens by McDonald’s chosen suppliers - found through #ImNotLovinIt. This was very surprising to to hear and we won't be returning unless they provide better animal welfare policies.
