Went to McDonald’s last night, maybe around 1 am , there was an Uber eats driver who was sitting and just tired and resting a little bit. Which I was completely fine with and I’m sure other customers were too, it’s okay to rest. Anyway, the manager didn’t like that and kicked him out with the security guard on shift. I didn’t see a reason for him to be kicked out, that aside, they were treating him badly instead of kindly kicking him out they started telling him how bad he smelt and how disgusting he was , which I think is unacceptable and not good customer service at all. Not everyone is living in the same conditions and London is crazy expensive, it’s hard to survive in this city. Anyway I don’t think this treatment is acceptable and hope the man’s okay because that was not okay just wanted to flag this up. This shouldn’t be happening, as someone who worked in customer service I would never treat anyone like that.
Not sure why, but this McDonald's is like the most noirish place in London. Great vibes. Never been inside.
