This McDonald's is pretty in the inside but the service lacks positively.usally very busy although understandable for the placement of it.like most McDonald's stores they will forget

The mc donalds that Google said I visited today for dinner was ok the bao was nice, the chilli oil was weak i just tasted like vegatable oil, the gyoza felt like a cornish pasty and I had to step out the restaurant without paying just to be acknowledged. Great company tho it is tough choosing what chain restaronts I have to eat in.Wish their was more variety there but I guess they all been priced out.

It sucks~ There was a problem with the credit card machine at the beginning? I already paid and waited for a long time. I asked in the past and was told that it was gone and I could only change to something else. Fortunately, I asked in the past or I would have just waited until death...

I ordered food paid no receipt came out got food 35 mins later and the food was cold and not cooked properly and the order was incomplete happy meals was not cooked properly my lil one has food poisoning she been sick all night and ruined our stay in London we went in next morning to make complaint the manager Merry was so rude the people who witnessed was shocked Very bad service and very unprofessional manner I will be suing them for this

Nice Mcdonalds opposite St Paul's Cathedral. Can get extremely busy at peak times and seems that they don't employ enough staff at these times, service becomes very slow.

Few days ago, I've been ordering a meal: the food was OK but they got the order wrong twice! The lady who brought me the order to table was really fast, I don't know her name but she's very fast and caring about customers: it seemed that she was the unique one listening to angry customers in the queue, the unique one interested in performing well and satisfying customers. She managed to change the roll paper for the receipts at the kiosk and when I informed her about the miserable conditions of the bathroom, despite her being so busy and not having the manager handy she managed to inform someone else to sort out the problem. The lady downstairs was totally useless, couldn't understand even basic English to clean there or bring some toilet roll, she was slow and seemed not so much interested to work that much. Why the lady who served me was like flying and running like a beast and the others were doing nearly nothing? Dirty bathrooms, irate customers queuing for ages because of continuos errors with orders... bad management, shame on you. Thanks instead to that efficient lady (my bad that I couldn't read her name), you saved my day and someone there should promote you (my 2 cents).
awful service today from the manager i believe (was wearing white shirt) i ordered a sweet chilli dip , and obviously went to check to see if she put it inside. which she did not … then i told her that she didn’t put it inside , and she grabs my receipt as i was saying it , scrunches it up and is about to throw it away , then proceeds to ask me for the receipt , after i have showed her 5 times at this point that i’m missing the dip . Rude , very dirty looks coming from the staff , just because of the service i won’t be eating here again . The wrap was nice though

Terrible experience. Many kiosks don't print receipts and staff are not helpful with rectifying. Store was hectic and packed full of irate customers. Waited over 20 minutes for a simple order that was basically cold when received.
