Came here with partner and had a full M&B English and a full veggie English. Service was really quick, staff were helpful, food was delicious and the coffee was really great. Sat and stayed for another cup! Very recommended!

Nice omelette, coffee and venue.Toppings for omelette were listed as £1.50, not as it turned out £1.50 each which made for an omelette and 4 topping £14 and bit pricey. Hence the 3 stars. Other items specify said each on toppings

My friend and I had jacket potatoes with different filllings and my friend had a vegan option of spinach while I had butter and coleslaw which we enjoyed. Both came with some salad. Also fresh mint tea and normal tea. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. I really recommend this cafe and I'd be happy to return on my ownVegetarian options: I found out the cheese for jacket potato is not vegetarian

I went to Mill & Brew today, that used to be my regular spot back in the days. Then switched to Bluebelles - up the road - because, with the new team, the food wasn't as good. Went back today, as Bluebelles was closed. It wasn't a good meal, and that meal screamed: "cost cutting" and "portion control".Food is average at best and gimmicky. Sprinkles and drizzles in lieu of an actual portion for the good ingredients. 2 things, noticeably, made the brunch poor:- The coffee roast is weak and the 2 coffees I had watery- The standard of the eggs, an ingredient that is on most dishes, was really lowI asked the waitress for vinaigrette dressing for my second dish, the quinoa salad, that was dry. Semi-contemptuously, and rather than deal with my issue, she pointed me to the Heinz sauce packets. I sent the plate back. The manager came, with an excuse, as if I had never eaten quinoa before (Sir: quinoa is moist and delicioius if it's cooked properly!) and offered a substitution. But, when the menu isn't quite enjoyable, what point is there. The best I can say is that I'm looking for ward to Bluebelles reopening, leaving M&B at the second or third spot on the Mill Hill Broadway for undiscriminating diners who care more about ambiance than food. Personally, I'd rather go to the old caf across the road.

my friend and i wanted a quick and affordable bite and stopped by at M&B for take away. we had the M&B breakfast buns which were delicious and kept us full for a long time! perfect breakfast and did not break the bank (£6 for each bun)! staff were also so understanding and made us halal buns on request. the place looked perfect for dining in - would recommend for long breakfasts or brunch.
Had the full breakfast, looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before, refrigerated, reheated and served warm to me. Bacon inedible, grilled toms stone cold, All for the bargain price of £15.95 including tea and ‘service charge’. should have realised when I walked in the place was empty.
