The decor is quite good and the atmosphere is ok. We tried the Karak Chai which was nice, the Kunafa was also tasty. Service was very slow and the prices are very high for the portion sizes.

Sweets some tasted good some very normal. Prices were too much for the quantity and size. 5 pounds for 1 piece of Kunafa (which we didn't like) 5 for 1 warbat (the one with creme), 5 for 4 small sweet, 5 for 2 katayef. We ordered 2 Moroccon teas but they got us 1 tea pot with 2 tea bags! Are they trying to use less water? I don't undrestand. Then when we asked for an extra empty cup, they charged the tea for 3 people! Like 3 tea pots when they actually got 1 !! 40 pounds for a bit of sweet and tea is too much really! Also, service was extremely slow on drinks. Will never go back.

A fantastic, warm, friendly place to visit with the family (or as a couple). We had petit fours, Syrian and Turkish baklawa and chocolate fudge cake. The staff go *well* out of their way to make sure you're happy.Coffee was well made - speciality or simple - and they use a delicious blend of beans. Will be returning when I'm next back in London!Thank you Mua Mua ?

This place is absolutely incredible. From the decor to the food. We didn’t know what to get so they just did a selection and everything was incredible, the baked cheese dessert was particularly amazing!!

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had.The owner/manager is incredibly rude and obnoxious. I refused to pay the optional service charge and he had a go at me for refusing to pay the OPTIONAL service charge. The manager then went on a tirade about working on Christmas eve (alluding to an expectation of service charge payment) and came across as grossly unprofessional and petty. The manager then finally relented and accepted the payment (minus the service charge)Also, 3 teas (Turkish, Karak and mint) some kunefe and baklava came to 30 quid. The food and drinks were nothing special, and didn't warrant the extortionate prices, considering the lack of quality.

Slightly shoddy service considering it wasn't busy but the food and drink wasn't bad.

Terrible place! Never again, the owner kept shouting at staff and their kunefe was microwaved. Had a bad taste too. Disappointing.

Location looks fancy but food is very overpriced. Me and my friends were not made aware of the menu and the owner encouraged us to choose the kunafa standing at the door. He was a bit rude and made fun of us when we said we weren't really hungry so we wanted to choose just 3 sweets to share for 5 of us. We ordered tea and 1 pot was 25£. Total bill was 48 (just 1 Tea pot and 3 kunafa). Save your mienh, don't go there.
