I've seen snails in my garden move at a faster pace than the staff. I picked a few sleeves and just wanted to pay and leave. However, I had to wait in a queue with others for absolute ages. There was one staff member at the till who finished taking payment from a customer. Fine I thought, the queue should move along.....but no. Despite seeing the queue, she asked the same customer (who had finished payment and received his sleeves) whether he would like a mug of coffee! How stupid can you be. You have just received payment, and decided to lose out on further cash by abandoning your customers. I only saw 2 staff members that day. The second staff member was for some reason whizzing in and out behind some door. Also I noticed the staff are 'scared' to make eye contact with waiting customers in case they are, heaven forbid, made to 'work'.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in a flagship store or any other store. 4 staff members 2 were just hovering. Journeyed halfway across London for the experience of being completely ignored despite making eye contact and saying I wanted to buy pods as soon as I walked in. Horrible horrible!!I left with my blood boiling!

Very good customer service, allowed us to try coffees before we brought and helped us pick a good machine and explained the best offers. Chose us coffee which suited our taste. Helped us set up our subscription and didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be back to get more pods! A lot of negatives reviews on here but couldn’t have asked for better from the ladies working on 14th August!

Serious training needed. Telling a pregnant woman that decaf has no caffeine is wrong and dangerous!!! Decaffeinated coffee can have up to 25% of the caffeine in normal coffee. They she asked the caffeine content of another capsule and no one had a clue. You’re selling coffee. Educate yourself before it causes someone serious issues.

I've been this afternoon this branch . I have experienced a very disturbing experience, I have been treated badly, rude and very discriminate from a guy who was chill next to the coffee machine, thing thats really intoleranting there.Firstly when i get to the shop I want to try a coffee before purchased it , I noticed that some people went to the till before trying it , so I went to buy the capsules needed , I asked the lady( manager ) serving me that I want to try one of the capsules before purchase it , so she said that I need to go there after paying , that was fine . Once I payed I went to the coffee area asking the guy who was chilling there that I want to try one of the capsules he said that he can't give me a try, meanwhile the girl was pointing at him , I was waiting for while but I didn't been provide by anything,the thing that's disturbing me very bad and felt discriminate as in the beginning the guy was providing 2- 3 coffees for some customers even they didn't purchased anything.I have been customer for over 6years and I have never experienced such a discrimination , and unfair treatment

I always feel unfriendly and giving shopping bags in a bad way.. Customer attitude training is required. I'll review if I need to change my coffee. I'm offended by the unfriendly attitude after paying my money, and I'll be quick to find another coffee.

Very rude and arrogant staff, I have been a client for 14 years with a monthly spend of £300 or more. Today would be the last day I would ever buy from Nespresso after the staff at Westfield were very rude!

This store is very understaffed and they work so slowly. Waited in a queue for 15 mins and didn’t even move so just left as it was a waste of time, need to hire more staff to handle the large queues.

Extremely rude staff… I wanted to understand the difference between capsules original vs vertuo in terms of flavour as I might want to switch to a vertuo machine. There was this sales associate saying she was so busy doing a “masterclass” and we needed to wait. However, this masterclass consisted in her explaining the training she got and millennial culture to the customers…(?)…it was such a trivial conversation not a masterclass in my opinion. We waited and waited but this masterclass was so long that we decided to leave…I’m a nespresso expert member and I wanted to restock capsules but best to go to Selfridges or the one in Regent St or even order online…At the end, we passed buy again and this couple only bought either a mug/cup…what a waste of time!

Very very rude staff. Very incompetent and rude. They are bringing down the elegant brand of Nespresso. We have been there several times. Every time they are so slow and rude and the last time they would not allow us to use our membership to buy coffee!!!This store is not fit for an elegant brand like Nespresso.

Terrible service I've been a customer with nespresso for 2 years but after the service I received from the unhelpful store manager today they will never have me as a customer again! I made an order traveled over an hour to collect it only to be told they're system is broken and they can't see my order, all he could say was I need to call nespresso. . There was no reception in westfield to call nespresso to resolve my problem and he refused to let me use the phone. I find it shocking that nespresso mess up with my order and were not even willing to allow me to use they're phone. Judging by the 1 star reviews on this store it seems they're customer service is well known for being terrible. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

Shocking !!!Worst customer service ever.Sale assistants making jokesand laughing about customers . That was very awkward, unprofessional and disrespectful. The customers shopping in this store were feeling extremely uncomfortable.I was expecting a better customer service than the one delivered in this store.To avoid!!!
