I ordered from Oh My Cod in Catford via Deliveroo. The address is on the Deliveroo account so there can be no confusion about it. Indeed there wasn't because, when I rang the restaurant to ask where my food was, they identified me from the fact that they had my address. After an hour of being told it was on the way and several calls, they told me their rider had delivered it to the wrong house and not even in my road! They did send a replacement order by which time we had waited well over an hour. But the pie was cold, the chips were undercooked and the mushy peas were full of water. When I gave my feedback to Deliveroo, the restaurant replied claiming that I had given them the wrong address. This is a blatant lie. The address was on the receipt for the order and they knew the address when I called them. Ttying to blame us for their screw-up is disgusting. Furthermore they did not comment on the state of the food. I will not go back there even though they used to be so good.

Just now - Extremely small portions 'LARGE' chips - won't use them again. Am a very regular customer no more. 3.99 for chips - if you comment on the exponential inrease in price youre met with a rude ' if you don't like it go'. Let's see how long they last with that attitude. ....

The food is so delicious and it is served at an excellent temperature to eat at. The portions are extremely big for the price it is. Phenomenal customer service. The staff are extremely friendly and they are happy to help if you have any allergies. The food came right after ordering. I highly recommend this place. I am definitely coming back here!

Absolutely disgusted. Order 4 times a week without fail. Food has turnt up stone cold. Covered in freezing cold grease all over. Food was totally unediable. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Was promised a replacement order the following day. Call to get the replacement order to be told no it can not be done. Will no longer recieve any business from ourselves as a family. Will also be recommending to all my own staff and clients to avoid this place at all costs.

Always liked Oh My Cod.The eponymous pun aside, they always do good quality, plentiful chips. It has been a few years since I sampled their kebabs or their fish so I cannot comment on those now. They were good a few years ago and the large kebab was more than enough to fill even the hungriest of faces.
