Been frequently going to this Ole & Steen. Probably one of the better location in terms of seating layout and likelihood to find a spot to work. Good internet connection as well as food and drinks. Staff are friendly. Had great service from Jose here - always willing to go the extra mile to make sure any specific food/drink requests made are met.Only thing that management should consider is add a door hook in the toilets - especially since some working customer may wish to bring their laptop bag into the toilet for fear of theft if laptop is left outside on a table unattended.Dietary restrictions: Having a son with dairy allergies, it is nice to see that the cinnamon social slice comes vegan friendly so that he too can part take at tea time.

The company grew so fast that its directors or whoever in charge of operations have decided to make the portions much smaller and increase the prices. Sandwiches, the socials are 1/3 smaller than it used to, yet their prices went up. Who says food prices are reduced? Not in the greedy Ole&Stein it ain't!

I have quickly became a regular at O&S for good reasons, the coffee and pastries are amazing. The service was very swiftly and impeccable. Very comfortable seats with plugs and productive vibe.I have always feel welcoming to the place with smiley faces even in early morning. One particular barista is Jose, he has always been great, attentive and friendly! Outstanding services from him!I have always enjoyed the place and amazing coffee.
