Fabrizio is incredible magnetic professional personality- he is going to make you feel home and suggest the best food and drinks for your special moment while there… we were so impressed that we cannot wait to be back. We highly recommended to try the experience to everyone who need to cheer up after a stressful day or a visit into the hospital.

The service is friendly. The food is tasty but I would like to see more hot dishes and new dishes appearing on the menu.

Really lovely staff here... very friendly, helpful and attentive! You're made to feel right at home when you arrive, which is lovely.Great food - more of a meals vibe once the breakfast menu is over, but you can still order just a coffee/juice etc.

We had our team meeting there ,little posh and chaotic wish to have little less noise to have important conversations. The impeccable service only added to the overall experience, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, making us feel truly welcomed and valued.Food was good , portions were relatively smaller.

The service is appalling. It is incredibly slow. There are plenty of staff but we had no idea what they were doing. Had to leave before part of the order even arrived!

Food was good, nothing exceptional but nice. I wouldn’t rush to go back however: the service extremely slow and a lot of mistakes were made. Waiters seemed lost and the music was so loud that they could barely hear us. We had the noodle salad, English breakfast and eggs royale with gochujang hollandaise (I like the Benedict).

Fresh and beautifullycooked. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Delicious food & excellent service from Amin on monday 26/2. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly & helpful.I had the yoga brunch, something a bit different. I definitely recommend you try it.And the apple bao bun dessert was again a bit different but so good, not too sweet!1 star deducted for the dodgy chairs, no sharp knives, wooden 'plates' & the toilets.Would come back for the great food & service if in the area.

Kid-friendliness: There is kid's meal. U may take the kids menu home. It comes with crayon set too. My lovely boy likes it very much.

I am delighted to share my satisfaction with this restaurant. The warm welcome upon our arrival created a pleasant atmosphere. The delicious food really pleased our taste buds, and the calm ambiance was perfect, especially on a match day when finding a quiet spot can be difficult. In addition, the price-quality ratio is excellent. An address to recommend for a delicious evening.

The service is good but the food quality is very poor . Really not worth it.

Service slick, decor great and food incredibly tasty. Will mention the food could have been hotter as only room temp and the toilets were quite disgusting and could have done with general cleaning. The service and staff you had far outweighed any negatives and will definitely be returning for that stunning breakfast (yoga breakfast)

Each time I have an appointment at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital, I always do a stop over for coffee or lunch at Ollie's House restaurant. It has a great and relax atmosphere and the service is always impeccable. There is a lovely young lady called Rahma who always greets me with her sunny smile an I find this refreshing to be recognised. Totally love this place.
