Excellent 7 course menu. Would very much recommend. Newly Michelin stared so easy to get in on shorter notice. Well worth the price.

We had a wonderful culinary experience at the Ormer Mayfair Restaurant. I say experience, because one gets to know the staff by the name, elegant yet cozy interiors, lights that are dimmed and food coming at a pace that makes it really enjoyable. Before even starting the exquisite dinner experience, we had the chance of getting to know some of the wines and champagnes from the first class sommelier Piotr. The restaurant manager Lorenzo and his team are all very professional and funny. And then there is the chef and his team. Absolutely exceptional food that delivers both on presentation and taste. So many intriguing dishes made with only few ingredients is what makes a chef stand out from the crowd. One has three different tasting menu options able to please any requirements one might have. It should not come as a surprise to anyone that this hidden gem in Mayfair was awarded recently a Michelin star! Definitely we will eat there again soon!

Good quality for price, service was excellent. Food was too creative for our taste, especially in the mains and dessert which were not balanced and too experimental. The Asparagus (main) with strong vinegar aromas and a chocolate Millefeuille were the biggest disappointment in the menu which is why I would give 3 out of 5 star. The wine was decent. The music was not a good fit with the restaurant (think retro videogame music) which was very neutrally decorated. The plates and cutlery were very simple and plain in color but had a nice quality to them.At £79 per person it is good quality for money however for a better experience in a one star Michelin go to Hide around the corner which has a real atmosphere and where dish are more balanced.Vegetarian options: Asparagus

It’s delicious and I think it suits Chinese people’s appetite haha. The champagne was great and the service was great. I will definitely come back next time!

One of our best experiences in London. We would say top 5. The food was divine, we went for the pescatarian menu. They change their menu often. The ambience is really cozy, quiet and nice decor. Nice selection of paintings. It’s definitely a place if you like art. The staff were very friendly, polite, and really treated me and my guests very well. It was my birthday and they provided the best atmosphere we could have. Definitely we will return and highly recommend Ormer. When you choose a place more refined like this one you really expect everything sparkling and perfect. I am quite picky with places and I couldn’t find one single fault. I would suggest just a piano as background, apart of that, this experience was perfect.

We have been really impressed by our experience at Ormer Mayfair. This is probably my favourite restaurant in london and i can’t wait to go back. The decoration is beautiful, unique and very cosy. I suggest you start by a drink at the bar. We had a 5 course menu; it was simply delicious and so beautifully presented. Last, the service is better than in 3 Michelin stars. I suggest you ask for the table of 4 behind the curtains.

You will feel welcome from the moment you step into the building. The staff are genuinely exceptional! It was my first time at Ormer, last night, but certainly not the last. The service was a perfect choreography. The 7-course pescatarian menu, a delightful way of discovering the Chef's talent. Every dish was a savoury combination of textures, and explosion of flavours. Bravo!

We dined at Ormer on the first night of a 5 day trip to London in January 2024 and it was a great start. The staff were friendly, very helpful and happy to chat between courses about our thoughts on the food. Each course was delicious and packed with flavour. From the generous canapes, deconstructed Waldorf salad opener, stunningly light barley brioche, richly flavoured warm Iberico ham jelly, via the cured mackerel, impressive 2 dish pigeon followed by the brown butter and chocolate dessert, right down to the petit fours we enjoyed the lot! The flavours were all distinct yet blended well.At the end of the meal we were given another petit four to take away plus a small signed and dated copy of the menu to keep- a lovely extra touch and something which just added to the experience. We'll definitely return the next time we're in London!

This was a memorable dinner. Outstanding in every way. Beautiful cocktail bar beforehand with attentive and wonderful service. The five course tasting menu is just sublime and an absolute must. Although there is a seven course which included two amazing sounded dishes on top.The canapés weren’t only elegant and beautiful in appearance but lived up to to it in taste.Followed by the main event, all were heavenly and cooked with such skill and technical know -how.The chefs came front of house to describe dishes, a lovely touch and shared the enthusiasm of the food they have prepared. The wine pairing is just amazing with multiple regions covered. Again, all explained in a passionate way showing a real “love” for what they are doing. Informal atmosphere with formal dining, the perfect combination. The cheese board is a must (for cheese lovers) amazing and varied. Finished the meal with a wonderful desert which complimented the meal before it.Wholeheartedly recommend Ormer, ,how it is not Michelin Star is somewhat puzzling. Hopefully won’t be long .. it thoroughly deserves it.Thank you to all at Ormer for making this a truly wonderful experience.

Hands down to the best fine-dining restaurant in London - superb taste, vibe, and service, easily beating a few other fine dining restaurants with Michelin stars. It was my third time visiting and there will be a fourth visiting.

Tucked away in the cellar of a hotel (Flemings hotel) in a narrow London street, it's easy to just walk by not knowing that you have a superb restaurant virtually at your feet... A very intimate and tranquil dining room, open and spacy yet well suited for low key conversations. Chef Sofian offers here a variety of tasting menus (with great vegetarian options) where local - at least British - ingredients are in the forefront. For instance: Cornish seafood and Cumbrian lamb, completed by vegetables from their own cultivations. The menus can be accompanied with wine pairings in a "simpler" (cheaper) package or a more prestigious selection. We tried both with equal satisfaction. For those who want to choose from the wine list an impressive selection is available - also by the glass, which is exemplary! Beautifully presented dishes - all with high refinement. And NONE was a dip! Very unusual. We felt a crescendo all the way through the menu. The menu is preceded by four amuses - equally elaborated. And of course, post dessert a bunch of mignardises is presented. Thus you'll end up with a total menu of well over 10 dishes. Service is impeccable and the timing and pacing between dishes couldn't be better. Ormer is far from understaffed and the hard working people on the floor showed "fingertip feel" for how to address various types of guests. It's not cheap to eat and drink at Ormer, but for the quality throughout and the professional service it must be considered more than affordable. In fact, this was one of our greatest dinner experiences all time! Ormer is mentioned in the Michelin guide, but it's a mystery they don't have a star. They certainly should have! Highly recommended!

Meh. Way too many dishes with gelatin in them. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff; the food just didn’t live up to the hype.
