Food was absolutely delicious, myself and my friend were served by, the lovely server shruthi, and we were pleasantly surprised by a birthday gesture from staff :) lovely service, would definitely eat here again!

My colleague and I came here for Ramadan Iftaar dinner since its halal. The food was amazing specially the dynamite shrimp cocktail. Serving size was plenty too. The food was served very quickly too.

The food was so yummy! Shruthi served us and she was an amazing hostess! She made sure our food was brought out on time and was there to help whenever we needed!

Booked a table, got a high table at the back of restaurant. Next to the dirty Smokey kitchen . Terrible service from all staff, servers rude was told food will arrive when they arrive we told them if starters come before main then please forget it. Dynamite prawns and drinks were lovely. Mains were disgusting and we sent them back. half of the food didn’t arrive and they still tried to charge us for it. When we complained the servers were unbothered and rude. Once we were finished eating and the kitchen was closing one of the chefs got up in his shoes onto the cooker and started cleaning the cooker! Absolutely vile! Will never come back!

I have been to PF Changs a couple of times and i still love. The food quality, the service and the design of the place is just on pointWhat I love the most is how the staff treats you. They are super warm and fun people to talk to.The food is superb. Even if some of their foods can be spicy, they still state uniquely instead of losing all their flavour because of exagerated amount of spices.Honestly this place is 100% recommended and they are really not super expensive compared to others that claim to be high-end restaurant but they turn to be dissapointing.The playlist they have is great for the occassion and they seem very organized and clean.Vegetarian options: They have a decent amount of vegetarian plates.Dietary restrictions: Staff is super friendly and helpful if you have dietary restrictionsParking: It is located it Leicester Square which makes it quite difficult to find a parking spotKid-friendliness: Friendly to everyoneWheelchair accessibility: Located at ground level so it is easy to access for wheelchair users
