Over two hours to wait for the food after they sent the delivery to the complete wrong address. When calling the restaurant (Took 5 attempts before answering) I was left on the phone for 10 mins. After calling back. I spoke to a gentleman who was trying to sort the order and claimed he would call back in 3 minutes. 15 minutes I had to call back again to be told it wasn’t there fault but the drivers. Don’t care who’s fault it is I wanted my food

Myself and 5 others from my work decided to head to papa John’s for our “fat Friday” lunch. Presuming it would be busy we all booked on the app 20 minutes prior to walking to collect. As soon as we arrive into the store we are greeted with a rude attitude saying they are taking no walk in orders. We stated we booked online 30 minutes ago, however we were ignored. Moments later he then asked what we are “still doing in the store”, to which we again explained we are waiting for our pizza and had ordered it 30 minutes. Eventually after another 10 minutes wait we revived all our food. The pizza was perfect, and tasted great. Just a shame the customer service was not acceptable.
Staff are rude and ignorant, Don't speak or understand English language very well, service is slow , food is slow to come but when it finally is given it is all that I expect from Papa John's very tasty although for the price not much toppings.

My birthday was extra special because I celebrated it in this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and the food was beyond excellent!! I could not ask for more!! Papa Johns - 5 stars from me!!

So after reading the reviews about this branch I thought I’ll order from there just to see if there actually that bad, & tbh don’t know why people are complaining but my grub was heaven the portions sizes compare to domino’s are sooo much better you definitely get more for the price and just generally just taste so much better & fresher definitely goin to order soon

I ordered a pizza from papajohns and they had me waiting 2 hours but I called to cancel the order. THEY SAID they’d give me a refund. I’ve been waiting for that refund for almost 2 months. Every time I call the store the manager isn’t in and the staff say they can’t do nothing about it
