Popular But Needs TweakingPatty&Bun is among the city’s popular burger joints, but the thick patty isn’t quite my style. When I ordered medium, the meat was served a bit too raw for my taste. Their buns could use some improvement; I was expecting a fluffier, better-fermented brioche. They can be a tad tough and sometimes overshadow the flavor of the meat.

Been coming to P&B for more than 2y now. Absolutely love it! The food is delicious, in particular the rosemary chips. Team is always very welcoming and Diana in particular always goes the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Definitely a must-have spot for casual lunch or dinner if you are around Oxford Street.

This is a great spot for a casual lunch. The burgers are excellent and the beer is cold. They have a small outdoor patio for people watching. Service was friendly and efficient. Would eat here again for sure.

I thought I was going crazy, this used to be the best burger in London and now it's mediocre. Turns out they are in financial trouble and I hate to say but you deserve that, you compromised quality over expanding the business, now you will be the next Byron.

Visited for the first time and was very pleased.The hamburgers are nice and juicy! Reasonably priced.Tried also the chips, the slaw and the cheese balls and everything was good.Recommended!

There was a curly haired girl that took our order she was super sweet, we came in contact with one of the other servers she had attitude for not reason and the person that gave us the bill was SOOOO RUDE his name was mateas or something like that. He was not professional at all, honestly from those few team members that we dealt with I wouldn’t come again.

Had the Ari Gold burger (11.50) and Coke Zero (2.75). Ensure you ask for a well done burger if that is what you are used to in North America. Place was small and the washroom was small but clean. The WIFI didn't work so we couldn't order using the QR code on the table.

Average burger. Chips were wayyyyyyyy too salty and half of them were burnt! Nothing special, wait staff was a bit rude and snobby and place is way too tiny. Liked that they have a lunch deal going on during the week however the quality was decent before covid but now its just not worth it.
