Terrible service from female staff member. No greeting, no smiles. My order was just left on the counter not handed to me or was I made aware it was there. Staff seem miserable and have no basic customer service skills. Place is also unkept/ untidy. Will not return and will definitely not be recommending

Horrible customer service from ANANDITA ( one of the people that serves the clients ) .I ordered a ham and cheese baguette toasted but they didn’t leave it long enough so I came back and I asked ANANDITA if she could warm it up a bit longer for me and all I got from (ANANDITA) was rolling her eyes and looking at me with not a happy face , so then I told her that she should smile a bit more and it’s a a customers service policy to smile at clients. She didn’t agree with what I did say and handed the job to a collague .HORRIBEL CUSTOMER SERVICE.I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO PAUL NOR SPEND MY MONEY .

They served me a very old bacon pretzel this morning - I was hungry so I tried to eat most of it but it was so tough that the muscles around my temples ached afterwards from chewing so hard. Won't chance it again.

Terrible customer service - Assistant who served thinks she is more important than her paying customers. Kept us waiting while she put away pastries - no apology, then told us cups and saucers were not being used because she is alone - only take-away cups were available. The Latte and Cappuccino were "dish water" worthy. Untrained Barista?Paul is expensive, staff customer service fall below standards - poor excuses, unclean tables, overall lack of attention to beverages and food quality.

I was in this Paul Regent Street branch yesterday. It was not my first visit and defenetly not the last. I really enjoyed the my morming coffee latte and the quick service!

came for a coffee and a snack on July 6th. the cashier said my card didn't go throw for the payment and now I see I was double charged. as I am a tourist in London this is a very bad impression for me.

A wonderfully luxurious way to spend a few minutes early on a Sunday morning while waiting for an appointment. The limited seating capacity means venue not able to comfortably accommodate large groups but if travelling solo or a deux then a perfect place to have a quick pit stop from the bustle of one of the World's busiest shopping districts.

Love their sandwiches and quiche. Always a great spot for a lunchtime sweet or savoury treat
