Nice coffees and pastries. Not very professional and friendly staff. Main eating space room needs to be properly cleanned.

I like the Paul's products when i was in Baku i had gone to Paul at PortBaku and i had fancied its food. All the things were so delicious. At King's Road Paul sandwiches and chocolate cake was also delicious but i didn't like its Mocha. It was cold. Its atmosphere was good .The paintings were fabuluous. If you go to Chealse in London ,you can stop by there to try bakery its products.

I had the pleasure of visiting this branch on Monday, and I must say, the staff truly made my experience delightful especially Kamand. Kamand went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable, from recommending delicious menu items to providing exceptional service with a smile:)

Very disappointing experience. I ordered two cakes (a birthday cake and a small Yule log, as a present). The « genoise » was dry or not fresh as for the bd cake. When I came to collect them, they were not ready which I totally can understand (festive December season). However, the Yule log was put right on the box therefore when I wanted to offer it the day after, the box was all wet! Was it frozen when I collected it? Mystery.. But I had to buy another cake somewhere else in emergency. I will not repeat the expensive experience.Nadege.

I just had the best baguette of my life from the kings road store. Ham and cheese in perfect proportions lovingly encased in butter and a crispy yet soft baguette. My god. The world can go to the dogs for all I care. This was nirvana. Thank you Paul baguette and all your wonderful staff.

Is very cold at the counter they are not friendly in all Paul's that I have enter. As soon as you come in they don't give you the chance to see in details other staff. The atmosphere is,always cold if you have no a companion. Most people are with a friend or etc... the others are on the Internet.

I’ve been a regular here for two years now. It’s really the only place that serves a proper French baguette or croissant on King’s Road. Sturdy espresso.

The coffee, pain at chocolate and coronation chicken sandwich were fine. However, there were signs all over this store which were hectoring customers. There were 3 signs alone in the loo about not putting nappies down the loo. Why do you need 3? One would do. There was a bank of 3 signs in the main restaurant, one of which told customers they were being covered by CCTV and another reminding us that our property was our own risk and another telling us to order at the counter. And elsewhere, yet another telling customers they would be reported to the Police for fraud. I found this overuse of signs to be completely bizarre. I don’t want to be surrounded by this negative messaging whilst I’m having my lunch and I won’t be eating at Paul again. Let’s hope someone sensible from the company reads this and takes action.

Food is amazing. Staff are good although when I tried paying through the paul app it would not let me! Could of been a one time thing but I don't know yet
