If I could put a zero star I would. I went into the Chiswick branch and told them I was a vegan when they asked about food allergies. I ordered a vegan dish confirmed with the waitress when I ordered it and when I was served it, and this was confirmed 3 times. I thought it tasted odd and there was beef in the dish- Totally

Everything excellent, even if I would like to complain, can't find the reason... Maybe to big Pho portion, not allowing for a dessert :) We ate very well!

Massively disappointed at the visit to pho. The food was great as always (usually get Deliveroo)But the problem was that we was sat on the only table in the tightest walk way right next to the monitor for the staff when the restaurant was 95% empty. We was offered the ‘only other table left’ which was by the door at the front which we moved to even though it was very cold as deliveries were in and out. I wouldn’t have left a bad review for this if it wasn't for the fact that is turned out to be a lie. Food was great and everything else was perfect. 5 sets of people walked in for a table for the whole duration we was there. Not one of those was for a reservation. (I heard as I was right next to the door.) What makes it worse was multiple people were turned away for no reason atall as the restaurant was truly empty! It was BIZARRE and I do not see another explanation as to why I couldn’t have been offered a more comfortable table. I would never go here again purely on principle. All the staff seemed miserable and I wouldn’t be surprised if they book tables secretly so they don’t have a full restaurant ?
Always a great time visit Pho! The beef brisket curry here was the best I’ve ever had in all my visits to Pho! The mango salad too is so yumm.

I have been to this Pho quite a lot of times, the food is always great, same goes for the service. I don’t know why, but today Pho with garlic beef brisket was particularly great, I think the broth was much richer than other times. Love their marinated garlic. If I could I would go here everyday ?. Thanks to the chef and service team :)

You do set the prices for menu items. You charge more for it through Pho than if I came and ate in your restruant. Edited: More expensive if you order through deliveroo or their website. Take Beef Brisket £14.50 on deliveroo. £12.50 if you buy direct. Why should you be charged more for delivery. Your getting more business through deliveroo? Menu prices are more than collection or eating in your restaurant. Surely it should be cheaper for delivery or collection because you haven't got to wash the plates, pay for staff to serve the food, clean the tables and everything else. Plus the food looks like someone threw it up rather than presented it nicely on a plate. Sometimes the food is OK sometimes pants?

This is the first time I have to write a bad review because a 3 mile far away restaurant doesn't deliver to my house through Deliveroo. I used to buy every week from this place once or twice but it seems customer loyalty doesn't apply to them. I really liked their food, but now they have decided not to serve in Richmond and we cannot get it delivered to our house. Reason? None knows. Amazing bad customer service. A total shame.
