Everything here was way beyond expectations. The vibe was classy and refined, but also the small space gave a sense of comfort and coziness. The staff was great, kind and intuitive about raccomending what I might have liked AND tempting me to get more, which I did. But the best part was the food and wine. They not only have some of the best wine I've ever seen on a wine list, (we had the "Le Roc des Agnes", delicious. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken a photo of the bottle ahahah) but every single item on the menu was a new verison of something that I was familiar with. Basically the perfect combo, because you already know what you might not like and you can have something that you usually like, but in a completely new way or with a new paring. I will go here soon again, see you there! ?

Delicious and exciting food. The service was excellent and we had a super enjoyable dining experience, especially as we were celebrating. However, as other reviews mention, the size of all of the more expensive mains we ordered were far far far too small. They are the size of a starter at comparable restaurants…

Had the most fantastic experience! I haven’t been this impressed by a restaurant in years. Particular recommendations are the scallop ceviche, devilled crab sandwich and cods roe with squid ink crackers. Really friendly staff too!

The food was incredible - you shouldn’t leave without trying the raw beef dish. Also, the oysters with rhubarb are unbelievably fresh. To have such a vast range of options all cooked to such a high standard was unbelievable. The knowledge the manager Ola has of the wine selection was also second to none.I have recommended this spot to all of my friends.Brilliant food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. You will not regret going.

I’ve dined at Ploussard for a third time now and each time the quality of the food and service has been exceptional. The restaurant is cozy and has a lovely atmosphere. The waitress recommended a number of dishes for our group of 4 and each one was delicious and made to a very high standard, personal favourites were cod’s roe with squid ink crackers and saddleback sausage with smoked potato which was perfectly seasoned. We were also recommended some fantastic wines which went down very well with the group. I had an excellent time and look forward to returning again soon.

Foods amazing, every dish was creative and delicious. Stand outs were the salt baked celeriac and the saddleback sausage. Desserts were worth it too. And great service too overall!

Overpriced and average. Average food, average wine, average service and not a great atmosphere. The wine we had had a mark up of 200% and was just not nice with a 3.5 star out of 5 score. Vegabond or The Humble Grape are just miles above these guys with a much better selection of wine and food so I'd recommend those if you are looking for a great selection of wine and a great environment.

Real slow service and the food was tiny, cold and plain. Really wouldn't recommend for the price. Ploussard? More like
