Absolutely stunning fish and chips.Been to Soho one a few times.Didn't realise was one in Camden Town, Till seen on Mac Master YouTube channel.Went and visited and not disappointed as me and mate went and go early to avoid delays getting in.Both had Haddock and chips.

If you want to try the famous Fish & Chips dish THIS is the place. The freshness of the fish and its taste is amazing. Chips are really good too. I had a regular coke with it and an apple pie with a scoop of ice cream for dessert and oh man, what a meal! I totally recommend.

Very cozy place. Has a great view is you get a seat overlooking the street. Has indoor seating only. Serves quality fish and chips. Portion sizes are good. Staff was very nice.

I have been here many may times for may years and I noticed poor customer service from untrained young staff. Portion of the food are being reduced too small for the price charged. A personal recommendation to manager to train their stuff when they are charging the client. They supposed to enquire the client for service charges before digit the total charging without showing it in the machine I found this behaviour very rude not correct and transparent towards a client.

The staff is lovely, the place has a nostalgic sense, but I have to say that the fish and chips is underwhelming and overpriced. I definitely think that there are better options for a better price.

Quick and efficient service in a place with interesting decoration. We dined in the Camden area at the end of an extremely tiring day. We tried the classic fish and chips and the fried calamari, as a starter. Coming from Greece, a country that offers exquisite fish and seafood, I can say the meal was just OK and particularly low in salt. Having to pay 68 pounds for three dishes and two small glasses of draft beer didn't seem all that attractive to me either.. Maybe, we should have tried the Sunday roast at the nearby pub, after all

During my quick stop in London, I went to Poppies twice! Staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere brings you back to the 80’s, with the decoration and their *perfect* oldies playlist!By far the best fish & chips in the area!The cod is super soft and tasty, just wished the fries could be a bit more crispy, but overall very nice!Their red wine is of a great quality, which is a plus :)

I had my first experience trying Fish & Chips in the UK, and it was truly amazing. The servers were all friendly, and I enjoyed the vibes of the restaurant. The cod was cooked perfectly, and the portion size was quite generous. The only minor downside was that the Fanta wasn't cold enough.

Was in Camden with my wife and we saw Poppies Fish and Chips and thought we have to try it. Heard some amazing things about the Restaurant. We went in the takeaway as we didn’t want to sit inside because we were in a rush. The Christmas decor looked amazing. We was greeted by 2 beautiful girls they were very nice and helped us order our haddock and chips as we didn’t know what to get. One of the girls also recommended the tartare sauce which was a game changer. The fish and chips with the tartare sauce tasted absolutely amazing 10/10. Would definitely recommend. The service was extremely fast as soon as we finished ordering it, it was ready. Happy customers excellent customer service :))))

Once a month, think it’s first Friday in the month. Poppies in Camden has a live band. I thought I’d try it, the fish and chips were excellent and the band were even better. People were dancing although there wasn’t much space ! It was a fabulous evening, band started 7.30 and finished around 9.45. Will definitely be back.
