Disgusting stale bread.Bought a jamon sandwich in alleged fresh bread with cornichons before, a concert at St Martin in the fields church.Bread was unbuttered, most of it was rock hard and the cornichons were like rubber dipped in vinegar.Had to throw most of it away as inedible.Won't be going to Pret again.

Nice coffee, chocolate, and some quick eats savory or sweet, located across the trafalgar square, very busy area of the city. Stop by for a little break from your journey.

I was in Trafalgar Square, it started to get cold and I ran across the street to get a hot espresso to continue the walking tour. Service was excellent and the coffee was ok.

Pret a Manger is a quick grab n go chain that can be found all around Europe and parts of the U.S. This is a great place to eat if you want convenient and healthy options! This location had plenty of seating and quick service but no restrooms. It's located right next to a Cafe Nero though! We tried the Italian-Style Chicken and Basil Hot Wrap, a toastie (like a grilled cheese), and a Kale and Cauliflower Mac N Cheese. Overall, the food wasn't that flavorful, but it was a relatively affordable stop with diverse options for the family near Trafalgar Square.

Came in out of the cold to have coffee and tea. Only to be told the toilets are broken. A place that offers drinks to dine in MUST have facilities for customer use.

Could see toilets were closed. Can't provide basic needs. Even another pret shop near the London Eye has thesame situation.
