Friend of staff (or an ex-staff?) was here and everyone seemed to have forgotten their job except for one person. The staff was cold, unwelcoming and really is just “doing their job”. The drink was mediocre, what I expected from a Pret but I have had better service and better atmosphere in other Pret.

Quick, ready to eat, grab and go kind of place. Strong espresso, decent croissant, and ok chicken avocado sandwich. It's nothing spectacular, but gets you what you need. Very loud and busy, free for all seating (good luck finding a place).

Went in for a sandwich and a coffee. The girl at reception was really nice, however I went back to the counter because the Coconut Vanilla Latte I ordered was too hot. The gentleman there initially ignored me but I said I was also waiting. Asked the Team leader wearing a green badge, Eastern European fellow, with a white shirt, to please add some cold coconut milk. He didn’t seem to enthusiastic but he repeated my order back and then poured some milk from a Jar. Unfortunately I don’t think it was the correct milk, maybe he got the jugs confused but I had a few sips of it and had to bin the coffee. Now I’ve got stomach cramps and I’m feeling nauseous.

My drinks were touched by multiple people before being given to me. When i asked for them to be made again they pretended to and gave me the same cups. Not impressed.

Terrible experience today 30th July 2023 at 11:30 am. Only 2 waiters and a very quiet moment in the cafe. I popped in with my friend to have a coffee. We told the woman who attended us to have our coffee in a ceramic cup (she struggled to understand us properly so we had to repeat our order 3 or 4 times) . They gave us our coffees in a paper cup. We told the guy that we ordered our coffees in ceramic cups but given the were already in paper cups it wasn't necessary to pass them into a ceramic one.He screamed at us saying that they didn't have any ceramic cups and if we wanted to complain we should pass the whole process of complaints of Pret a Manger. He made me angry. I bit my tongue so that I didn't say anything offensive to him because of his character and managed to tell him that "nobody made a thing because of the paper cups, there wasn't any need to lose the temper and that I didn't understand how a person with such a short wick could be facing the public".This waiter didn't apologise at all. Instead we saw him speaking to another waitress with glasses that we didn't see before. They were laughing and looking at us (we were sitting down at one of the tables).I think Pret a Manger is employing people with very poor skills to treat the public. I've been a member for almost 2 years (it used to be £20 and now I'm paying £30 a month ). It's unbelievable. I'm dropping my membership.

I ordered a Salmon & Mango Salad Bowl with avocado slices in it, plus a Super Fruit bowl. The avocado slices were so hard that I couldn’t cut through them and the kiwi fruit in the fruit bowl were also hard that it was unpleasant to eat the pieces which made up the majority of the bowl. All in all, I am very dissatisfied.

Had a terrible experience with staff in here on a Sunday . Arrived one minute before closing and the door was open only to be told they were closed . Very bad attitude from the sever and when I asked to speak with the manager a lady in glasses also had a nasty attitude and wouldn’t budge and told me to leave . As a pret subscriber and regular user I’ve never experienced Such rude nasty staff . They also refused to give me any names when I said I will complain to customer service

Very poor service, ordered an Applejito which was supposed to be cold and goth this piece of s .. ridiculous Horrible warm cup of apple juice. After asking for ice just got an answer "we dont have ice". So, dont sell cod drinks!!!. Never coming back

They have launched coolers this summer and I am so happy. I tried all and I love “feeling peachy” the most. You can get your cooler on subscription as well.
