Diabolical place. The charge you more for items than the advertised price. Porridge is £2.49 with subscription but when you get to counter they charge £3:15. When this disparity is brought to the attention of staff they don’t apologise and are rude. The worst Prey in London by a mile.

I used to use the Barbican Pret and I thought that place was good but this is another level. Consistenly excellent service. Never a queue. Drink given to you within about 10 seconds. Staff incredibly friendly - regular "have a lovely day" as you leave. Pret need to give these guys a bonus, they are smashing it every day. Nero, Costa, Starbucks are just no where close to Pret when it comes to running coffee shops.

The amount of Chicken in the Italian Chicken Salad has significantly reduced. I was left really hungry afterwards and I don't even eat much. This is more like a side salad and not a main meal. It is mostly spinach.

terrible experience it's the most traumatising experience ever with the manager and customer service it was a nightmare and when I said its racist they said I look poor that's why he was rude and shouting cause he thought I am poor actually You know what it's more crucial to treat poor people badly cause you think they are poor that's inhuman in a world living an economic crisis, just pass this horrible place and go for a human experience elsewhere, I think we are committing a crime sending profit to people have zero manners by the way I had to call the police to report the incident it's not only inhuman its also risky and unsafe
Jonny at 244 Great Portland st makes the best coffee very professional always prompt an experienced sommelier. I use prêt a lot The quality is variable. I miss the days of the lovely European baristas Italian, French, Spanish before the bright idea of Brexit ..but at least we have Jonny!

I used to love Pret, but in the past few years the quality of everything has gone downhill. I know the prices have gone up which is expected, but I expect value. Today I got a cappuccino but there was barely any froth when I took the lid off! I had taken a few sips before taking the photo, but it looked the same before I drank it. There isn't even that layer of crema. I'm not sure if the staff are too busy or poorly trained, but my Nespresso machine does a better job! I will no longer purchase coffee from here as there has been a consistent lack of milk froth the past few times I have gone. They may as well place a self service coffee machine in pret which can do the job! The staff are lovely though

Chicken soup without chicken????? Go to Pret a Manger!!! Expensive and not delivering what it advertises!!! When l made a complain they said "it's chicken broth!!! Never go again!!!! Awful
