Clean and good service, like a good old Pret ore covid. Others service have slipped though.

I had 2 weeks vacation in London and this coffee shop was the nearest one to my hotel, yet that’s not the most reason drive me visit the shop frequently during my trip. It was because Josephine, the lady who working at the shop with a very bright and sincere smile, she politely invited me to join the member every time I visited there even if been refused several times by me, so the very last day I went there and said goodbye to her nicely. She is like a name card of this shop even now I’d back to Asia and I still tell my friend that Pret a Manger served nice coffee and warm service.

Josephine in Pret, 3 America Square, is one of a kind. She knows your order, smiles at everyone, always has a kind word for say and is a true asset to Pret A Manger. I go to this Pret multiple times a day and I have never seen Josephine offer anything other than a stellar experience. So much so, I've actually told friends and family about her because she brightens up my mornings and afternoons. Everyone can learn from her :)

Bad customer service experience. Avoid.I visited this Pret branch in the morning of 25th September 2023, to buy a sandwich just before 8am.I go to the till, pay with my phone and leave the premises. After I had walked about 50m away from the pret branch, a man comes to me and tell me that the guy in the pret branch wants to talk to me but no idea why. Because the man did not look out of the ordinary I followed him back to the pret branch. The person at the till ignores me and have to wait for 5 people to go through the queue, then tells me there was some issue with my transaction. Instead of actually doing something about it, he went on to service the customer leaving me there to wait. After the second customer went through I realised that he had no intention of bothering with me so I left the sandwich on the side bench and left. Because of the above I don't recommend visiting that pret branch even though the quality of the products is ok.

Awful, loud music. Overpriced food.As expected!!Why do we even have these chain shops everywhere! The staff can’t enjoy working here and it’s terrible for lunch, the choice is abominable.

I go to this Pret most lunch times because I work near here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very efficient. Especially Josephine A who always puts a smile on everyone’s face that comes in! She is very attentive and goes above and beyond with every customer. She makes my day when I see her in there, I also owe her a cookie!

Food has really gone downhill at pret. Their swedish meatball wrap seems more like flour balls than meatballs. And their chorizo soup is just horrible.
I was in one of your shops yesterday around this area and the people who took my order literally says that that they are not able to do a Cappuccino with Coconut milk because it doesn’t foam what is this joke and lies you are telling your customers please?!!It bothers me so much because I am ordering this at Starbucks for so many years now and other local cafes and now Pret A Manger wants to do a joke with me? Just to proof my point here some pictures attached from Starbucks. The baristas from Starbucks should teach you guys how to do a Cappuccino with Coconut milk ?.Cheers!

I was in one of your shops yesterday around this area and the people who took my order literally says that that they are not able to do a Cappuccino with Coconut milk because it doesn’t foam what is this joke and lies you are telling your customers please?!!It bothers me so much because I am ordering this at Starbucks for so many years now and other local cafes and now Pret A Manger wants to do a joke with me? Friendly and efficient. The shop is clean and tidy. The selection was reasonable considering it was the Friday before a bank holiday.Vegetarian options: A good selectionKid-friendliness: Lots of options that kids should like. Not a kid focused shop as its in the edge of the city.Dietary restrictions: They are catered for.

I don't know if he is a regular here (I'm not), but there's this Spanish barista that is SUPER attentive, both to the clients in his queue and the ones in other queues. I was struggling with something my barista was saying and he translated for me. Very kind. 6 of 5.
