I have never been so disgusted by toilets as I was in this cafe. I went with my daughter in the disabled toilet so that we had more room and I could help her. It was absolutely filthy. There was no toilet seat on the toilet, no toilet roll and most importantly…NO SOAP. You should be absolutely ashamed for presenting facilities as bad as these to your paying customers. Why on earth you need a code to use these toilets is beyond me….I wouldn’t like to hazard a guess when these toilets were last cleaned. No soap in a restaurant/cafe is unforgivable and a total health hazard. Wake up and sort this out.

This store needs alot of attention. Toilets are extremely messy and smelly. Looks like toilet brush never been changed since this store first open. Toilet and hand wash sink is extremely dirty. There was plenty of staff I was seeing but no one was putting attention on cleanliness. Tables were not wiped out for next customers. They were unable to warm Bakery products because of NO oven, so you have to eat cold. Staff looked so pissed for some reason, no friendliness or smiles on their faces.
