At Pret Manager, I got to know such a pleasant and professional staff. Today, despite the rain and darkness, Jorge brightened my day with his constant smile, friendliness, and openness. Marzena is a very well-organized individual who provided excellent customer service. She always smiled and asked if I needed anything. Jo is a fantastic barista; her drinks are excellent.I sincerely appreciate everything you do.I am appreciative that you stood on your legs all day.You are amazing.

So engrossed in our convo, my friend & I suddenly realised we were the only customers left just shy of closing time. Amazingly none of the 3 staff bothered us and just worked around us with their closing tasks. They were so kind that on the way out they asked if we were interested in the food that had to be disposed (unfortunately the charity who normally would benefit from the leftover for the day could no longer collect due to ULEZ). Huge thanks to MARZENA, Tahmina & another team member for their kindness and just for being so lovely. Cheers for our free take away dinner ?

Had a very poor experience with customer service. The baristas couldn’t keep up with the amount of orders and you can imagine the number of people waiting for coffees was insane.I saw there were at least 5 coffees that no one picked up, I feel sorry for the baristas.There’s also a guy who kept chatting with people instead of helping customers to chase their coffees. When he got my coffee I tried to reach out and he just dumped it right in front of me.

The place is often too busy with terrible customer service. Other branches are able to cop but not this one.But its good for cold stale coffee at anytime. Why bother!
The chicken beacon baguette, not sure what has happened to it, but the amount of chicken they add, its so tiny, that i feel like I'm eating some dry bread with some herbs, and for the price, for that amount of chicken you add, you need to take off at least a £1.50. is their a shortage of chicken?

I often visit to buy sandwiches during my lunch time. I liked the latte ☕ that I ordered last time here. Not very big but comfortable to seat and have chat with a coffee in the City of London.

Nice Pret, in a good location close to Bank tube station. The staff are nice, and there is good indoor and outdoor seating. Standard range of Pret products; good food and standard drinks at relatively cheap prices.
