We ordered food for 30 people for a chairity event for beraved young girls on Mother's Day. The food was ordered one week before the event and we did already pay for it.On Sunday morning, 2hrs before the delivery we got a message from Pret saying that the kitchen was closed and they cancelled our orderI have never experienced something like this before!!! Did you not know the whole week ahead that the kitchen would have been closed on Sunday????This is the worst ever customer experience I ever had!!!What happened next is that our group of volounteers had to sort out food instead of dedicating time to the girls, and as a result the event started later than planned.We eventually orderd by another Pret, 100 meter away from this one, and we had to pick up the food under the rain, carrying everything on our own. There were no other choices in the area for such a quick order, so we had to use Pret again.But - I will never order food by Pret anymore! Not serious at all!!!

A staff in black t-shirt is extremely rude. He cannot understand me when I simply asked for milk alternatives and starts shouting at me as if it was my fault. I don’t know why but he is just so angry at his customers. Very unpleasant experience.

Absolute rubbish, I checked with guy 5 times said I wanted a iced matcha latte and a soy milk separately, and still I got both of them wrong , hot and soy milk with coffee ….. and he looked at me as I done it wrong …. Absolutely

This place is very understaffed, leading to long queues and even longer wait times. I frequently see as low as two employees being made to deal with massive amounts of people. Because it was so busy, the last time I came here both me and the two people in front of me were given the wrong drinks. This is not meant as a criticism of the staff, who are clearly trying their best in an overwhelming and stressful environment, but of whichever manager or franchise owner does not hire enough staff to manage such a busy location. This would be a much nicer experience if there were enough people working here to deal with the amount of customers that they receive.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading up to the front door, and no steps once inside the building

Waited 20 minutes to pick up toogoodtogo but manager just disappeared for 20 minutes to ‘get the food’. Rest of the staff were also unhelpful. Ended up leaving empty handed.
