I ordered coffee(espresso).The coffee was not made on the machine,but was poured from some kind of cup and was cold.When I complained to the girl behind the counter,shegave me more from the same cup.

I like pret in general and i go out of my way 2-3 times a week to grab something on my way to somewhere nearby. Last few times ive gone at 6.15/6.30pm and its been closed even though the online opening times says it closes at 7pm. Annoying and frustrating.

Call into this Pret when in London and to be honest it's only because it's close to my place of work. The service is surly, not a hint of personal service. Both days this week, I've had to ask for my coffee to be corrected as it was full of froth like a cappuccino and not a mocha. This morning, the milk was lukewarm, and heaven knows where the chocolate or coffee was in the drink. On both occasions, I've seen the barista once weigh a drink to make sure it was correct. Very poor standards.

The blond/bleach lady needs to be reviewed on the way she interacts to customer.Telling me off cos I had headphones and didn’t hear her calling me for like 5 sec.Then pointing at my headphones, telling me off for wearing them and being patronizing.Honestly there was absolutely NO need to talk to me like that.If you want customers to be nice to the staff then maybe they should ask your staff to do the same in the first place and picked them more carefully.
