Always out of stock of pastries every morning between 9-11am. Started going to another prêt 3 mins away and no issues there. So I think this place just has a problem.

Prices are ridiculous, its not a choice for workers I work with, more for

Unfortunately pret has gone down in the service they offer .I use to love pret between 2000 to 2016 especially their chicken and ? baguette. The manager at Kensington pret was extremely rude who had to make the coffee 3 times as got the order wrong .

Slowest pret I've had the pleasure of going to for a while.Needs chairs in the waiting area.

Nobody came to take my order, I was waiting more than 5 minutes

Went in on a Friday afternoon about 1.30pm and was quiet with plenty of seating available while I was waiting to head over to a meeting nearby.

Would have appreciated staff not vacuuming at 5 (they close at 7). Had a headache made worse because of the noise. There were several people in as well at this time

Food bland and tasteless, pure sustenance; staff rude and pushy
Bosko Radivojevic
Great take away food. Some of old classics are greatly missed.

Nice space where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle go by
The shop is small but well-stocked, with a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other food items to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. The menu at Pret A Manger is extensive, and there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a full meal, you'll find something to your taste. The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients, and the salads are always crisp and flavorful. There are also a variety of soups, wraps, and hot dishes available. In addition to food, Pret A Manger also offers a variety of coffee drinks, juices, and smoothies. The coffee is strong and flavorful, and the juices are made with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Another typical Pret Branch. Variety of food on offer is not lot it used to be before Covid-19. Not much choice and this does not only apply to this branch but Pret in general.Prices are also expensive for what you get. You're better off going to a M&S or Waitrose and get better for you money esp in these cost of living times.Staff service was ok. Nothing to shout out about for this branch.Overall an average Pret. If you are hungry and have no choice go where otherwise look around a bit and you'll probably find better places to eat/drink.

Visited today at 1548 (they close at 1600). I picked up a tuna melt, and assistant shouted across to me that their toastie machine was broken. Another customer came in, and went to be served for a hot drink and was told something about "as long as you don't want coffee". Apparently the toastie machine wasn't actually broken, it seemed that they just wanted to go home and had cleaned everything. Whilst I understand the desire to be finished at the closing time, there is little point in showing a closing time if your staff are just going to effectively close early. I left as they shouted at be to come back, I just said I was leaving because they clearly didn't want the customers to be in the shop.

Can't make a cup of tea to save their lives. They seem to struggle with my accent (London accent in London, who'd have thought it, eh?)

Not too busy. Plenty of seating.
