Extremely disappointed with the service today. Not only did it take an unusually long time to receive my order, but when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Had to wait for them to remake my coffee twice. Really poor service overall.

Apple Pay didn't work so I had to try a credit card, which took some time, but the clerk was kind enough to wait for me.

This is my local pret and usually the staff are very attentive. We went in for an iced latte on NYD and kindly asked the male server if they could put in the sweetener with the espresso so it dissolves better. A lady with a white t-shirt who I assume was the manager on shift refused the request after the fact and implied that it wasn’t ‘procedure’? A very strange policy for such a small request, and not the best attitude to start a new year. Disappointing.

It took 10 mins to get an espresso. Their coffee machines are not working properly for last two weeks (they didn’t work for 4-5 days and they didn’t serve coffee for 4-5 days). I am not blaming the employees. Pret couldn’t replace or fix coffee machines for two weeks.

I visited this Pret branch many times, hovewer today I had a bad experience with the level of customer service and quality of products provided.Together with other drinks and food, I ordered Merry Berry Chocolate, which I confirmed by pointing on the screen and explaining to the cashier that I really want to try this festive drink as it is shown there.What I got instead was a weak chocolate mix with a dash of, my quess, raspberry sirup, no whipped cream or dried fruits.When I complained to the cashier that it is not what I wanted, she got an attitude and started arguing that I didn't order cream and other things, to which I replied that I told her exactly what I want. After exchanging few words, I asked to call the duty manager. The guy who shown up told me that this is how Pret is preparing MB Chocolate, and the customer need to ask for extras, it is not the cashier duty to enquire what they want. Once again, I explained what I said and what I requested, on which he simply made a refund on my drink. When I asked if I will get my drink redone in the way I requested, he said I will need to pay for it, to which I said no problem, just please make it the way it is on the screen.At this point he asked if I want it made with a whipped cream, on which I replied that obviously yes, please make it with the cream and sprinkles and all the love you can put into it.In a response the manager said with a broad smile Oh, we don't have whipped cream today.At this point I just left the shop.Honestly, this kind of treatment happened first time to me, as I felt ridiculed in front of the other customers.Won't be going back to this particular shop, also despite really liking their coffee, I'm considering moving to another coffee shop chain.

I like Prets and they are usually bright and breezy places to take a break. However, sad to say this place has the most dispiritingly forlorn seating area I have ever come across. Wobbly tables, uncomfortable chairs - not a place you'd want to linger.

Where do I begin? I have visited this particular pret branch in Covent Garden multiple times and each time I receive hostile and cold service from the staff. Staff are loud and very mean, I am a poorly woman and I could have a little more kindness please. My coffee order is messed up everytime I order, I have seen them use the regular milk for my coffee when I always ask for the red skinny milk. I have diabetes, this is a health concern. The baristas are rude and so are the till staff. I have now cancelled my pret subscription. Upsetting and appalling. Have some manners!

Incredibly friendly staff here! I like the food selection, locations and casual atmosphere. Would like to go more often, but it's just so much plastic packaging and trash every time :/Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian and vegan options available

I love going to Pret during my stay in London, but one time my card got declined and I paid with another card and it shows that it has been deducted by the decline card the amount of the items is 24GBR. One of the employee there told me that after 24 hours, it should be back in my bank account since it’s declined and if it’s not returned, she said come to the same branch and we will return the money back to you. I went back there a different employee told your problem is with the bank but she gave an email to contact and we did provided them with the sms massages and the bank transaction. But unfortunately it takes so long and now it has been 16 days since then.Referring to last review. I appreciate you contacting me. I already contacted the pret support email and I provided them with all the information they needed. until now I didn’t get my refund 24.64 GBR. it’s unfortunate that it takes a long time.
