Pret is now designed for Members only with non-members have to pay significantly more. The food is very expensive for non-members. This is clearly designed to enable the members only discounts. Great if you are a member but bad, if like me, you go to Pret fairly often but not enough to be a member. Avoid it now.

Absolutely horrific service here today. The barista made the wrong order and was laughing and smirking about it. 5 other people who were behind me all received their correct coffees before me. The barista made a caramel latte instead of my order of caramel cappuccino.I waited for a while and the servers had to keep asking this useless dumb barista to make my caramel cappuccino. Instead he stared at me laughing and smirking about it.The lady then gave my coffee and when I took it it was quite heavy for a cappuccino. When I drank it on the train it was a caramel latte.This service was absolutely shocking that the male barista had no clue how to do his job??!!Pret please provide further training for the male barista with the dark hair and beard. He messed up my coffee order TWICE and didn’t care at all. He just kept laughing instead about it.Pret please investigate your Barista ASAP as this was the worse pret experience I’ve ever had!

Small and slightly dishevelled Pret. Looking a bit tired. Limited tables and basic seating, and no toilet for customers. Perhaps due to Covid?

Me and my colleagues ended up 2 days sick after having a coffee that tasted disgusting, last monday. They have not cleaned the coffee machine and it was just horrible, the next day 3 of us were sick because of it, we did not share any other food together. Make sure the coffee tastes okay before leaving the shop
