Don’t bother, spend you money elsewhere. Gone completely downhill and they have started sell old/ stale food and think it’s acceptable.

Small friendly shop. Staff are great and kind. Very professional. Handled difficult customers rightly. Shop is always clean. There are seats outside. ???

Hey ! So I came in for a coffee the other day and wow. Just wow. The service I received was probably the best I’ve had compared to other Pret stores and just other coffee places, I had a lovely conversation with one of the staff a young lady who managed to share with me something from the bible which I actually thought of for the rest of the day. Will try and keep this short and sweet so if anyone is hesitant to come to this branch, PLEASE DO because not only is the coffee wonderful with cool shapes, you are met with respect and kindness.

The staff is nice but coffee is awful. They burn it all the time. Also this branch’s sandwiches are not same with other branches. I used to go to Gray’s Inn Road Pret and that was amazing, everything different and not tasty here.

Started going to this branch regularly for the past few weeks. The staff are fantastic! Consistently, brilliant service; super kind, especially when dealing with demanding customers.

They have flies all over their baked goods, the staff know it's an issue but still leave them out and sell them.

Really silly unproffesional staff.Ordered chai latte.. first time got some kind of coconut rice beverage, brought it back, repeated my order.. CHAI LATTE and still got oat(!) chai latte, which tasted disgusting.

August 2, 13:32 GMT I came to the store to pick up my lunch bag from *To Good To Go* but one lady from there say, I'm sorry we had an busy day and we hadn't expired food. I was feeling like homeless begging for food, went actually I paid for that, they treat me regularly really bad, you have all the time pasta, like if was the only food they prepare. That's not the first time happens, I can't believe how can be people so rude, another Prets have better attention and are really kind but

Visited on 21/5@1515. Food was okay but I have to say the black haired woman in a purple T-shirt serving that day was extremely rude. Whilst I was waiting I saw a customer waiting at the end of the counter for her drink to arrive. Obviously, she was standing in the wrong place for Ms Blackhair: “stand over there!” was the shouted instruction. Her approach with the other customers was the same. Why this awful example of customer service is choosing to work for a company and in a job she clearly hates is a mystery.

My chicken caesar & bacon baguette was only 70% filled!! The ends contained nothing more than thin air (and a little strand of rocket). If this is a cost cutting exercise, I would actually prefer to pay more for a full baguette than be subject to deflation of filing whilst maintaining the same price. If I ever go back to Pret, I think a full filling inspection is required ahead of purchase - I recommend you do likewise!

These shops are everywhere in London - around each corner. They serve their purpose - fast coffee, food prepackaged and ready to go.

Avoid! Pleasant lady took my order and then i stood there waiting while loads of other orders came out. Asked if my drink was coming to which the woman nodded yes and after a further 5 minutes, they had to ask what my order was. Not organised at all.

So often they don't have their basic stock like porridge and brown sugar. Currently they are promoting 'festive' coffees but have never stocked the whipped cream that is advertised in the posters to go with them!
