A coffee shop that no longer sells the most basic coffee known to humanity and that's a black filter coffee. Wow, just wow. This coffee is available at every other pret for £1.70.. Instead I was forced to buy a Americano for £3.20. Talk about greed, I guess a black filter is to little of money for them. Won't be coming back here at all.

Latelly the Mocha has not been well done. They are mistaken on that. But in General still the best coffee place so far. The sandwich Its pretty nice.

This is a great location for meetings, work remote. Nice and spacious.Didn’t find the food as appealing as it use to be, but this is overall in London.I love PRET’s drinks and almond croissant.

The service was very very poor. The staff was very rude and literally not doing her job correctly, the way she was dealing was just so chaotic. She mixed up my orders, so had to wait almost 10 minutes for my actual order while she was prioritising other people.She didn’t give me my receipt but someone else’s with different orders. After this poor and disgusting service I just wanted have my cash back which didn’t happened. I just decided to leave without taking my PAID items. Hopefully someone from a higher management will see this and just fix their disgusting service that their staffs provide.

Can you let your manager know that cafes must have toilets if they have more than 20 seating! That’s the law! You’re serving thousands of customers a day and people can’t wash their hands! It used to have, now we are being told that it’s blocked! 3 months now! Very bad management!
